Thank you all for watching, subscribing, comments and likes! Thanks to you, my little channel still exists. I want to continue my journey through ancient history with you❤️✌️
What a truly amazing place! You are supurb with your history voicing. I dont know how you remember it all and you know what everything is so well, you are a true expert, WOW! I wish I could have been there with you to take in all the view and you could teach me everything as we walk around. This is by far the best vid I've watched, I am totally blown away by this. You are a master teacher Irena 🧡🧡🧡
Thank you Mark, the temple is unique, I visit it every year, I will definitely come back here with my camera for more details ... thank you for your lovely comments and for your generous support ❣️
another fabulous ancient sites - you get to go all the places i dream of going. ☺ thanks for the informative commentary, and the camera work which holds long enough to catch details, and revealed vistas in an artistic way. nice to hear the history of these places as you go through them - nicely coordinated with suitable music. 🎶 thx for this episode!

What can we say about Luxor Temple ?...amazing place !. Ramesses the 2nd really was a so n so. He carved his name into EVERYTHING. Even if you can't read hieroglyphics, you will recognise his cartouche if you go to Egypt, because it is EVERYWHERE. I wish I could meet him and say "what's that all about dude". Anyway AS, your Reeboks still look box fresh....peace to ya.
I think he never had enough - buildings, cartouches, wives, and children 😜 I'll tell you my secret: whenever I'm in Egypt I'm so happy that I'm hovering over the ground, hence the clean Reeboks :D
@@ancientsitesgirl Well Ima gonna go out and buy me some hovering Reeboks when I go to Egypt. Much peace to you and your camera/editing person.....Darren.
@@ancientsitesgirl You are hovering above ground because the Ancient Gods and Goddesses of Egypt are enchanted by your beauty and your work. 🙌💖💚💞💗🙃🤣🎊🍾🎂😺🎁🙆🙋 ALL THE BEST😁
If there were wooden elements, such as doors, there will be no trace of them today because it is not only a much less durable material than stone, but also because it was exclusive for centuries and was taken away (not always legally;)) to be reused in other constructions. My guess is that there were wooden elements, definitely wooden poles with flags adorning the pylon and perhaps doors.
The best that the Egyptian government could have done is the "new" avenue of the sphinxes. Walking through them automatically makes you feel in that era, a great trip to the past!
they make a great effort, recently unfortunately Egypt has not been making as much profit from tourism as before... I'm glad you also watch my old videos, best regards
Thanks for commenting, but it's impossible to get inside with a camera and you're allowed to stay in the tomb longer than 15 min (which isn't enough to film anything). 😔
I'm thinking that you must be a celebrity in Egypt and other places because I have often seen that people will stop and take pictures with you. Or is it because of your beautiful red hair? Maybe it's both? Just curious lol
I was looking forward to watching this video and maybe some more but as soon as I heard "BCE" I stopped. There is no common era; the term is meaningless. BC (Before Christ) is exactly what the term means. Yes, I'm a Christian and I don't know what you are, but why trade a meaningless term for the term that describes exactly what it is. Like it or not--our calendar is based on the life of Jesus Christ.
Best of the Best !
Thanks Szymon❤

What’s been the most bizarre or overwhelming part of Egypt for you ? What’s your theory of pyramid and their purpose ?
The ruins of the Old Kingdom, especially Giza, Dahsur, Meidum and Abusir left me with questions...

Ramsis the Great really did have a truly epic ego. I wouldn't be surprised if he believed he achieved Apotheosis. Go big or go home indeed! 😅😁

what is your nationality ??
I'm from Poland :)

Or is it because of your beautiful red hair?
