    Hello sir, thanks to ur program, I have a got a true mentor and a guide which I always wanted.
    Sir I am already following this program and have seen changes in my physique as well as my endurance levels are raised, but sir only concern is how to keep water levels to 4 ltrs a day, as I feel very thirsty, even while sleeping sometimes I wake up at night due to lack of water, so sir pls advice how to keep water levels to 4ltrs as I drink 6 ltrs a day?

    hello sir.mainy abhi abhi apki video dekna start kiya hai.bahut badiya knowledge hai aaki .sir mai subha 4 bajy ut jaathi hu mery baccho ko stydy karvany ky liya to kya aap baata sakty hai ki mughy is time par kuch khana chiya ya nahi or yaadi haan to kya khana chiya . i am vegetarian and 37 year old and loss my my weight at least 20 kg.iam very confused. please help me
