Hello sir, thanks to ur program, I have a got a true mentor and a guide which I always wanted.
Sir I am already following this program and have seen changes in my physique as well as my endurance levels are raised, but sir only concern is how to keep water levels to 4 ltrs a day, as I feel very thirsty, even while sleeping sometimes I wake up at night due to lack of water, so sir pls advice how to keep water levels to 4ltrs as I drink 6 ltrs a day?
