Brian? Bryan? B-Man! Thank You for what you do for our hobby. Several of these manufacturers don’t give a lot of guidance on building their products (not complaining!). That being said I always turn to your videos to help me along. And man do you deliver! You helped me build my Cheat Code and now you’ll help me build my Dementor. I really appreciate your channel. Keep it up my man!
Oh man, so glad to hear that these build videos are helpful! Always trying to share the little tidbits I pickup here and there. Love building these guys, so look for some more interesting stuff coming. Always great to hear feedback from another builder. Cheers brother and enjoy that Dementor build! (Oh, it’s Brian BTW)
New to the channel, just subscribed I’m new to the crawler world and these tiny things. Just picked up 2 last week. I’ve watched a bunch of builds already but this has to be my favorite. Not a huge fan of the motor noise but absolutely love this. Now I need a complete parts list to attempt my first build. Thanks for sharing
Beautiful build! Really great showcase of the HardPark gear. Your wiring was absolute perfection. Because of UA-cam magic, we get to enjoy your build in about an hour, but on average how long does it usually take you to assemble a complete crawler? Thank you for sharing!
Ooh, that’s tough to say. I build these in little bits of time here and there. If I were to sit down and build straight through, at my pace, probably a day to assemble and test (everything being painted and ready to go.) just a guess though. I take my time though… haha. Cheers!
I believe it just puts the motor a tad lower. I don’t have one, it came out right after I bought my 2nd DW1.5 (still need to use in something). Either way, I think both are very similar in quality and function. Could always email HP and ask for more info. Cheers!
I think my comment got erased by YT, probably because i had put a link in there. Anyway, I'm building something closer to 1/18 scale, have been considering the axles, and thinking about HardPark. They seem to have newer axles (sold out). Im sure you've seen them. I just can't find any videos on YT on these axles. Any chance you'll be doing a build with them? Would love to see what you build. Thank you, always appreciate your builds, top notch!
I’ve seen them only in photos on their site. Only have ever shown the rear axle in stock when I’ve looked… Personally, my pick for that scale/width would be S8s with EXO U-joint CVDs up front. - or Mofo X15s, which I have 2 sets of waiting for builds. All I hear are good things about those.
@@rusr9327 they have them yes, I always use the Injora aluminum spacers though. Come in a multi pack/different widths - super handy for building. Have also used 3D printed ones…. But those aluminum Injoras are the way to go for customizing/tuning. www.injora.com/products/injora-50pcs-m1-4-m2-flat-stainless-steel-washers-spacers-for-1-24-scx24-ax24?_pos=2&_sid=cf9e97052&_ss=r
I’m sure you could. It would sacrifice the front tray or rear most likely depending on the direction (or you may have to modify them.) Can’t use it on this DW1.5 obviously.
21:23, cheapest and wiggliest shock i have ever seen. And stupid me ordered them from Europe which made them very expensive with shipment and custom fees.
@@rusr9327that aluminum VDub may have been special edition. I have not seen that in stock ever. Ramp Crab has some adjustable link risers (Amazon), OGRC has one, JEC has one as well.

This has to be my favorite build so far, just started watching your videos about a month ago, appreciate all the content
Welcome aboard! Lots to catch up on. Cheers!
Absolutely fantastic!!! Just so good
Thanks so much!
Lucky! I’d kill for a hardpark chassis they out of everything dementor related
Warning! This video may damage your wealth!😂 Stunning build as always. You convinced me on buying that transmission.
Haha… but good choice! Great little transmission.
Yeah I bet it is super fun to drive, looks great doing it also cool😊
Back watching Monday morning before work, Looking Sweet dude
What a beast! Love it!
Thanks Craig. Cheers mate!
Awesome here waiting to see
Thanks for coming
Nice clean setup. I have to break mine down soon to install the transmission, going to take some of the pose wiring tips and clean it up even more 👍🏻
Again a awesome build. Thank you for sharing your builds
My pleasure! Thanks Chris!

Should have Poor Boys RC servo arriving today in fact! Hard to beat the looks and power of that Shift servo though… it’s just artwork.
SICK build brother!
Appreciate that Dirk!
Mail time bonus 🤙
Hell yeah!
Awesome video as always, super informative.
Appreciate that!
Yes please do!!
Hahaha the text at about 24 minutes showing or not showing the wire had me laughing my but off

@Bcochener , any idea if the DWS transmission is superior to the DW1.5? Any info would be much appreciated

Roger Roger, thanks for the info, I've had the x15 suggested as the strongest axles available, probably go with those.
@@MrsRabbit8 That’s what I hear! I’m looking forward to trying them out. 7.5 a side, so almost the S8 width as well.
He's got a new transmission he's about to drop also
Saw a sneak peak on Micro Mondays with RCSteve710. That chassis looked dope too
Where did u get the spacers for the shocks ? Hard Park right ?

Furitek Komodo fit in the build ?

Do you have a IG account?
Would love to see all your rigs lined up!
I do not unfortunately. May have to do a rig collection video or something…
Can yoou build this from stock truck and parts and upgrade appropriately
Oh sure. You may want to start with these link lengths though, or just get the HP set I used. Everything else is just whatever you want.
Do u have the build sheet
You’re commenting on it. Just the build video showing it all.
@Bcochener what remote are u using?
Fs-GT5
@@bcochener thank you sir I have nb4 and those receiver don't work with nb4 I believe
@@flightclubla They may not. The Flysky GT-5 radio protocol is AFHDS-2A. That would have to be the same for your radio to use this RX.
I want to get me one

How long did u wait before this chassis was available? Same with that VDub chassis! NEVER AVAILABLE! Frustrating
Same with that damn (link riser ) SOLD OUT
I just stumbled upon it. The VDub looks to be in stock. Not sure on the link risers, but there are other riser options.
