SCX24 Transmission Upgrade: Injora Metal Transmission

The stock transmission in the Axial SCX24 is good. I've driven on it lots and lots. But when you start pushing the boundaries of performance with brushless power and crazy competition courses, that transmission becomes a weak point. I ordered this metal transmission by Injora off of Amazon. Let's see how much of an upgrade it is!!!

There's a few mixed reviews on it but I've been running it hard and it works well

If it’s a good transmission it will have four hole mounts to install any style motor and will be two pieces instead of three.

I think it does have 4 hole mounts... if I remember correctly. If it doesnt. There are a lot of motor plate options

Damn injora sent me a trans and i dont have those bolts to mount the cedar motor😑😑

OK so it’s been five months how do you like it so far? I just picked one up and I plan on putting it in my build this evening but only using the transfer case as i already have a furitek set up.

It's so strong that ive just been breaking dogbones further down the driveline! I still use it twice a week and it's been fantastic!

Oh I should do a video on how to do this good idea!!.. essentially.. look up "painting lexan" in youtube. You basically get special flexible paint and paint the underside of the body
