Thanks for the vid. My son is building a DeWalt tool collection, and I am here to consider this blower as a gift. I use my Makita one all the time. I use it to blow of the sidewalks and drive after mowing; to blow leaves off the patio; to blow off the shop bench and floors after projects; to blow leaves out of the gutters; to blow accumulated grass clippings from atop the mower deck; to clean out the truck bed; to inflate and deflate things like air mattresses, inflatable kayaks, pool floats; etc etc etc. I also never go camping without it. It cleans off the spots where the tents will go, and blows out the tents themselves any time it is needed. It also stokes a campfire like nothing else. If you can get a paper plate or two to start, you can have a roaring fire in just a minute or two every time. I do lots of other things with it too, but it is simply impossible to name them all. It is possibly my most used tool, and if it ever breaks I will order another one in a heartbeat.
Funny thing with these smaller style blowers is how many jobs can be done with them. Like you said taking one with you while your camping is a must and enjoying the trip while the tool does your work is where it’s at. Love the tool.
I love that you commented on unboxing videos - I have always wondered WHY people do those!! Great video, I’m about to buy one to clear out small debris from Hurricane Helene after losing the battery for my Ryobi. That one is standard size and it is ALWAYS in the way in the garage, no matter where I try to put it. I have a yard guy so I don’t need a big blower lying around. I want something smaller just to blow out the garage, driveway, patio, and all my other tools are DeWalt XR. This looks perfect and I already have a squillion XR batteries I can use. Btw, you’re adorable. 😊
Ultimately trying to decide between this work area blower and the Rigid mini blower. I really like the variable switch but might go with DeWalt because I have a dewalt drill and the batteries will fit.
Just go get a hercules at HF. 5 year warranty and they will replace it right in store if it breaks in that time. I've got l lots of yellow, lots of red in my collection, and now lots of blue, and they hold up very well, especially with the 8ah battery. Many of the bauers are well worth the modest cost and punch well above their weight. But really, that Herc blower is $50... but 3 for the price of a single dewalt and go dual handed and still have a backup ready and waiting, lol. Most dewalt tools have just become too expensive, and I really don't think the extra cost is commensurate with increased performance on a one to one parity.
Actually, correction.. it's now 60, and the warranty only applies to the brushless line, which their blower is not. But still, that dewalt is like $170. You could just about but 3 of the herculese for that.
Good tool. Used mine to blow loose moss off the roof and clean the rain gutters. Blow rinse water off windows or the car and avoid water spots. I even use it on lowest setting to stoke the fire in the wood stove.
People have complained about it having trouble right out of the box … mine has some miles on it but nothing in comparison with my other dewalt tools I need to check warranty and my purchase receipt
I was gonna get same blower but mph was at 130 and chose another one at harbor freight for 200 mph. Same as 20 volt and spent a little more than a dewalt. An trust me all my power tools are DeWalt
I may have thrown a good tool away. The last two tools I repaired another part broke on both of them shortly after that repair. I was like nope, no more repairs. It probably was just brushes though.

Thx for the vid. I’m about to buy this blower. For sure now. Watching from Ontario Canada 🎉
Comes in handy to blow off miter saws and table saw before you load it back up.
Totally agree. Been doing that exact thing since we bought the 1st one. Appreciate the comment.
Loved the video and review 👍🏻 It’s Nice that you guys blow each other off before getting into the truck. 🤣
Easy now😄

'We use this to blow each other off at the end of the day' 😂😂😂😂😂😂 im so immature😂😂😂😂😂

Was looking at the bigger dewalt blowers. Terrible reviews. It's not the size that matters. This thing is amazing!
I’m from Scotland “blowing each other off “means a completely different thing 😂😂. Handy bit of kit though, need to get myself one. 👍🏻
If I could edit that out I would, the tool is awesome though.
@@campbellbuilt 😂aye I must get one
South of the border, made me chuckle too.
Open it up and bypass the Circuitboard to the trigger you’ll only have one speed but it will work
I have the big Dewalt 60v 600cfm blower. It is great but it would be nice to have a little one for saw dust.

It’s perfect for stocking fires. Done it myself😀

Use the warranty from the new blower to replace the old blower, then you well have 2 new blowers!!! 😀
9:26 what do you mean by that💀
Amazing at displaceing the dust from a place an moving it all over the place in a room.
How long does the 5A battery last on full power?
What did that unit cost, with battery and charger? I'm looking for some small blowers the grandkids can use to clean the yard.
What kind of camera are you using? Looks great.
I use mine to clean the snow off the truck in the morning so much easier
I would have kept the tube off the old one you never know you could break the tube on the new one
Dewalt 20V MAX Blower, 100 CFM Airflow (DCE100B)
Just bought one and the motor has a break stops comparing to the previous Dewalt.
What does that mean? Dumb question sorry
Do a video cleaning the van out!
I’ll never let you see that 😀.
Man no attempt at the fix? :)
I know😕
I have the milwaukee one and it's pretty good for its size
Nice.
how does it handle blowing snow ? Will it work to blow snow of cars and side walks
Maybe light snow off a car. Probably not the sidewalk though.
So is it brushless ?
Did you fix it or did you buy another one? I wanna know how to fix it
Nope, bought another one. Should have fixed it. Probably just brushes.
How did the other break this is an amazing video im picking one up for sure
We used this in some pretty dirty areas. I think it wore the brushes out which could have been changed but I didn’t want to take the time with it.
Looks just like the Bauer i have
Could that blow up a dinghy or paddle board I wounded
Actually, I think it came with attachments for just that.
If that's Brushed you could've repaired that piece of piss mate. You've just launched a perfectly good tool.
I may have thrown a good tool away. The last two tools I repaired another part broke on both of them shortly after that repair. I was like nope, no more repairs. It probably was just brushes though.
I cried a little when I seen that
8:00 replace the brush ...nah buy another one xd
Blowing the nails and screws into to drive
Nice
It really is.nice😀😀
You talk to much 😂😂, I’m just here to see the blower, that’s it. Thanks 😊
😎🛠️😎🛠️😎
