I got mine off cd keys for just $30 and it included the PC and Xbox versions. Wasnt worth it for gamepass just to play 1 game and I was gaining points towards a voucher just for playing it across 2 platforms so I'll be getting a $5 rebate on 1st of month just for playing it. So $25 to play a 5hr campaign twice was good value. Still more gameplay than the Quarry.

It's the same model in the TV and movie industry, subscribe and forget, and occassionally, release something to attract new victims.

That I think you might like it was Xbox series x exclusive so it really showcase graphics and it has a cool story. Maybe that’s something to show what you might expect in gears 6.

It's a 6/10 at most - and that's based on the technical merits of the experience.
So this is xbox's biggest game, one they've been pumping it up for over half a decade - and it's another failure. Stop calling it a game - it's very far from a game. And xbox knows it. That's why when the dust settled they dropped marketing closer to launch. It's a shitshow of a game. Goodbye Ninja Theory.
