- Qantas flight review onboard the A380-800, before COVID-19, from Melbourne to Singapore as flight QF35.
It was a very enjoyable flight (7 hours and 32 minutes flight time), with delectable inflight cuisine, awesome touchscreen entertainment, and very nice and caring crew. Funny thing was they had to shuttle in a new Captain from Sydney to man the A380 flight deck.
This was before this COVID-19 pandemic, and I wonder, how will flying be transformed after the world recovers? In the meantime, please keep safe and stay healthy in mind and body. We will get through this - together.

I too love the tail camera view !! Great stuff !! Take off vision from "tail cam" looked terrific ! Never have I ever had a bad international flight with Qantas. Great crew...reasonable food and you know you will get there in one piece !! Well done as always....great flight !! It never ceases to amaze me how many ships are sitting near Singapore !! And it is always like that !!

Hi Gavin, so good to see you back!!! Your videos are really like a balm on these rough days. For sure this pandemic will be a breaking point for the world as we know now. Hopefully things will come back to normal soon but i guess nothing will be the same. Who knows how many airlines will survive and how tough financial crisis will hit us, but i don´t think travelling will ever be the same. I flew Quantas a lot years ago from Rome to Bangkok (final trip was Sidney) very, very ansome trip. Return too.

Thanks for your review and supporting our flying roo. Unfortunately, I feel Qantas and many other airlines the idea of "full service" won't be available post covid... We will have to pay for meals, drinks, entertainment screen etc.
