    Doctor గారు, బాగా explain చేశారు.
    I have a doubt.
    1) What about exercise during this diet?Is there any suggestion on how much of exercise is ideal?
    2) Or is it not necessary to do?
    3)Also,can we have a cup of coffee in the morning and a cup of tea with milk in the evening?
    4) can we have boiled sweet corn on day two and day three?

      first 2 days no exercise, remaining 5 days only light exercise. coffee& tea from 4th day u can have. Limit sweet potao& sweet corn.

    Good morning sir we should not eat carrot and beetroot as it was grown in soil..we can eat boiled sweetcorn in vegetable period..we won't eat non veg so we can take sporuts in breakfast ,brown rice in lunch and panner in dinner..we can take different foods in different timings or we can take only single food item in entire day

      if sugar is in contro, u can have medium size banana. if ubare doing this diet, u can have bananas, as u are not eating other foods on 4th day
