I'm surprised how many people were confused with who the No2 is in the "Project YoRHa" recitation drama was. It's neither 2B nor A2, but an entirely different (earlier) prototype.
This story takes place in 11937, whereas the No2 in the Pearl Harbor Descent Mission (aka A2) is from 11941. They are separate individuals.
