For the final time, for those asking here’s what happened: In the middle of the Q&A There was a guy making a commotion a man named Aaron fell asleep (because he was drunk.) after the first 15 minutes and woke during the credits and got unreasonably upset. Guard up in the balcony during the panel was trying to escort him out which when he yelled out to the guard. “I fell asleep throughout the whole god damn movie!” The producer down the stage overheard and ask what was wrong? To which Aaron shouted: “THIS MOVIE FUCKIN’ SUCKED!” and then threw his popcorn bucket up in the air and stormed off. He then took center balcony to shout out (which is on this video if you listen carefully) “This movie is fucking garbage!” Which is when Bruce responded. This wasn’t a stunt, this was an actual moment that he bragged about on twitter. He’s a joke of person that seems to have inspired trolls to cheer for him. Seriously if you support this behavior call the number in the comments get help you’ll get attention you so crave.
well depending the new evil dead rise looks nothing like the original yes he is right. stop changing things in movies that are the main reason people watch them. is dragon ball evolution good? some say yes because they never saw dragon ball,z, gt, or super... So yes the movie sucks. if in another name yes this movie looks good. but its evil dead not dead evil or another tile for a deferent movie... their using the name just to get people interested, how many movies have an evil book.. if they wanted to do something with the book of evil thats fine change the name and make another universe. not use the same name and make it a reboot that has no similarity of the original movie. now ur basically ending that franchise genre which a lot more people would watch then just a straight horror because people wont support a movie thats totally changed meaning loses more money then just making a new title.

I didn’t like the movie as much as I thought I would. I think it tries to play as too serious. What made the originals and even the series so great to me is that they were so over the top that it almost became a comedy. With the new one it seemed to be missing that element. It still was over the top with everything but it just seemed too serious, and it has a small child and a pregnant woman involved and it just kinda made my stomach turn. Contrary to that, my wife loved it. I just might be kind of an art snob. Everyone has a different opinion. I don’t like the 2013 remake either. I think it’s because Sam and Bruce are only on as executive producers and they didn’t write, direct, or star in this movie. The new movie’s ending also goes insanely ridiculous after spending so much time playing as serious that it becomes cringe but not a good cringe if that makes sense. Plus. It has this hacky element of having the very last scene shown as the opening scene before cutting to the real beginning. All and all, I was kinda disappointed.

New movie far too serious and it suffers because of it.

The closer April comes the more excited I get. Hell the other day I saw scream 6 and despite the projector having a audio but no visual issue (said issue was resolved before scream 6 began aka me getting up and telling someone the projector is not working) the audio from rise's trailer just made me even more excited.
Evil Dead Rise looks awesome, I highly doubt it sucks. There's always some moron in the audience that doesn't like something, you can't please everyone. I can't wait to see this movie.

Never going to happen. Bruce has already said he’s done with Ash. He probably would have continued for one or two more seasons of Ash vs Evil Dead, but it got cancelled. And he stated if it gets cancelled, he’s retiring the character as far as live action goes.

This is why I hesitate to watch *ANY* video about an upcoming movie, show or game. The worst part about fandom is the fans. Honestly, you can dislike something and not be a complete creep about it.
Fans are also the best part of fandom. Too often, we want to swing from one side to the other, failing to acknowledge most of the good in a franchise, fandom lies somewhere toward the middle. There are assholes in every group of people, so a broad statement like this is basically not really helpful. Fans like this heckler aren't really fans... true fans recognize a franchise has to grow and expand and try new ideas, or it dies. This means some will be better than others, and each person will like some better than others, and probably won't agree with next fan apart from their love of the franchise as a whole. There is no excuse for being an asshole at a premiere, but categorizing a fandom or fans as toxic is bad news too. The debate is healthy, the pigeonholing opinions and choosing a hill to die on is usually not.
I watched the movie yesterday and the whole time I was thinking “something’s missing.” I’ve figured it out. The movie was missing Ash. It’s that simple and it’s that unavoidable. As far as a regular horror movie goes, Evil Dead Rise is above average. But this isn’t regular horror, this is Evil Dead. This movie needs comedy every bit as much as it needs horror. That’s what makes Evil Dead unique; that perfect balance of horror and humor. Evil Dead Rise is a good horror movie but it’s a subpar Evil Dead movie. To improve it, there needs to be Ash or a character as good as Ash. Honestly, I would love to see Kelly and/or Pablo from Ash vs Evil Dead take up the torch. Both are great characters.

I hope you all do a fourth season of Ash Vs Evil Dead. I like Pablo the most and Ash's daughter because they hilariously get treated badly throughout the entire series. However, I thought drug usage was ridiculous in the tv show. You do not need nudity or the use of drugs in any movie or tv show because it fails to teach positive messages to viewers. If a fourth season is ever made I am hoping it will look more like Mad Max because the final episode in the series definitely seemed like it was going in that direction.
To be completely fair it just seems they can't take criticism, movie looks incredibly boring to me so I'm not even gonna bother going to see it. People seem to forget more and more often nowadays that people are entitled to their own opinions and you shouldn't get pissed off and kick someone out just because they voice their opinion.. but that's just how I see things

I saw the film yesterday and it definitely DOES NOT suck! Quite the opposite, it’s actually an intense and disturbing film! The scariest Evil Dead yet, in my opinion!

Never going to happen. Bruce has already said he’s done with Ash. He probably would have continued for one or two more seasons of Ash vs Evil Dead, but it got cancelled. And he stated if it gets cancelled, he’s retiring the character as far as live action goes.

This is why I hesitate to watch *ANY* video about an upcoming movie, show or game. The worst part about fandom is the fans. Honestly, you can dislike something and not be a complete creep about it.
Fans are also the best part of fandom. Too often, we want to swing from one side to the other, failing to acknowledge most of the good in a franchise, fandom lies somewhere toward the middle. There are assholes in every group of people, so a broad statement like this is basically not really helpful. Fans like this heckler aren't really fans... true fans recognize a franchise has to grow and expand and try new ideas, or it dies. This means some will be better than others, and each person will like some better than others, and probably won't agree with next fan apart from their love of the franchise as a whole. There is no excuse for being an asshole at a premiere, but categorizing a fandom or fans as toxic is bad news too. The debate is healthy, the pigeonholing opinions and choosing a hill to die on is usually not.

I watched the movie yesterday and the whole time I was thinking “something’s missing.”
I’ve figured it out. The movie was missing Ash. It’s that simple and it’s that unavoidable. As far as a regular horror movie goes, Evil Dead Rise is above average. But this isn’t regular horror, this is Evil Dead. This movie needs comedy every bit as much as it needs horror. That’s what makes Evil Dead unique; that perfect balance of horror and humor. Evil Dead Rise is a good horror movie but it’s a subpar Evil Dead movie. To improve it, there needs to be Ash or a character as good as Ash.
Honestly, I would love to see Kelly and/or Pablo from Ash vs Evil Dead take up the torch. Both are great characters.

I commend the man for sticking to his convictions and telling the cast and crew what he thought of the movie. It took courage to do what he did regardless of whether people think he's wrong for doing it.
He's a bad ass lone wolf. Much respect to this man staying true to himself and not bootlicking like so many of the other sheep.

Tbh, I love the Evil Dead trilogy, and I wouldn't heckle anyone, but I can get that guy's disappointment, the film truly is crap. Uninspired crap.

I hope you all do a fourth season of Ash Vs Evil Dead. I like Pablo the most and Ash's daughter because they hilariously get treated badly throughout the entire series. However, I thought drug usage was ridiculous in the tv show. You do not need nudity or the use of drugs in any movie or tv show because it fails to teach positive messages to viewers. If a fourth season is ever made I am hoping it will look more like Mad Max because the final episode in the series definitely seemed like it was going in that direction.
I'd love a 4th season but I don't think Bruce wants to do it

To be completely fair it just seems they can't take criticism, movie looks incredibly boring to me so I'm not even gonna bother going to see it. People seem to forget more and more often nowadays that people are entitled to their own opinions and you shouldn't get pissed off and kick someone out just because they voice their opinion.. but that's just how I see things
