    📕 Tips to cook this recipe on a stove top
    - Cook the beef with 12 cups of water instead of 10 cups
    - Once the water start to boil, cook the beef for about 1.5 hours on medium (No lid)
    - Then, reduce the temperature to low and simmer the soup for another 1.5 hours on low or more until you get the tender meat (with lid on)
    - The saltiness can be different from cooking in a multi-cooker, so start to from 1 Tbsp of salt and please adjust it for your taste.
    Rest of the ingredients should be the same. If your soup has too much fat, let the soup completely cool down and then later remove the fat on the surface of the broth. :)

      Oh. thanks a lot. Yes, I love my name too. My dad picked the name for me. "Ae" means "love" and "Ri" means "being useful or helpful" in Chinese letters... my dad picked this name because he wished and blessed me that I would live a life with lots of love from others and I also give lots of love to others.

    We use pressurized cooker to cook meat on the stove. Fry some onion and other spices along with the meat and let the cooker do its job for half an hour. Voila! It is ready to eat.

    • @aeriskitchen
      @aeriskitchen  6 років тому +1

      Yes, we use the method in Korea too... I used to use a pressure cooker to make my rice on a stove top. :) Yes, I heard of making broth with a pressure cooker but mine is not big enough for it so I didn't try it. :) thanks for sharing.

    맛나겠다!
    아이가 자라는게 보인다. 자라는 아이들은 빨리 변하더라. 난 4 파운드 로스트 척을 사다가 다듬고 썰어서 4~ 5백에 나누어 담아두고 무우국을 끓여먹는다.지난 금요일 너는 H 마트에 간날 나는 세계마트에 가서 부산 어묵.....말린 새우를 사다가 시금치 된장국! 요즘 날씨가 차서 아직도 따끈한 국물을 먹는다는. 난 계란삶을때 감자..마른콩..그리고 쇠고기 스튜 칠리...등등에 인스탄트 팟을쓰는데 특히 내가 만들어 먹는건 스토브탑으로 돌아가지 모ㅅ할것같다. 담은 에어 후라이어인가??

      언니 일주일도 잘 지내셨어요 ? 그러니까요 날씨가 입춘이 지났는데도..봄이 올생각을 안하네요. 제가 젤 좋아하는 계절인 봄이 미국에선 넘 짧은것 같아서 아쉬워요. 긴긴 겨울이 지나고 봄이 오나 싶으면 여름이 온다는.. ㅎㅎㅎ 즐거운 주말 보내셔요. 마지막 질문은 무슨뜻 ? 에어프라이어기 리뷰요 ? ㅎㅎㅎㅎ 남편회사가 필립스인데... 필립스 에어프라이어기 써보고 싶긴 했어요. ㅎㅎ 혹시 구입하게 되면 한번 해보까요 ? ㅎㅎㅎ
