I would skip the green & red chillies. I usually use just toasted sesame seeds as a garnish & sometimes sprinkle some minced danmujii as well. That helps to bring your kimchi kalguksu to a whole new level!

지금 Pittsburgh 에 있는데 날씨가 엄청 꾸리리하다. 김치를 잘 안먹는데 날씨때문인지 한국음식을 먹을수없어서인지 컬국수가 많이 땡긴다 ㅎㅎ 집에가면 칼국수나 수재비 만들어 먹을꼬야.
저희도 오늘 날씨가 초겨울처럼 쌀쌀했어요.. 신랑은 아직 여름이라고 선선하니 좋다고 하는데.. ㅎㅎ 저는 추워요.. ㅜ.ㅜ 왜 한국 음식을 드실수 없다는 건가요?? 주변에 한인마트가 없어서 ?? 네.. 꼭 맛있게 해서 드셔요.
시댁에 있다보니 음식은 모두 기름기 널널한것밖에 없다는. 한국수퍼는 시네에 나가면 여러개 있는데 혼자먹자구 만들지 안게되더라 냄세때문에 더욱 But 기회가 된다면 한국수퍼 아줌마가만드는 토종 녹두빈데떡을 사먹을꺼야.
아..저는 언니가 아직도 피츠버그에 사시는줄 알았어요. ^^:; 시댁 방문중이시구나.. 저도 시댁에 방문하면 방문 일주일 내내 한국음식은 못먹어서 (언니랑 같은 이유로 ...ㅎㅎ) 언니 지금 심정 완전 이해해요.. 집에오자마자부터 폭풍 한국음식먹기 한답니다. ㅎㅎㅎ 집에 언제 돌아오시는지 모르겠지만 즐거운 여행되셔요.

Yes they can speak some Korean.. you can watch their mukbang videos (eating show), they speak in Korean in those videos :)
