I love fried zucchini. I like all kinds of tempura veggies and things, I'd love to see your spin on it. I still haven't broken down and gotten an air fryer or even an instapot. I'm living vicariously through you, Amy.
Perfect timing Amy, I had zucchini in the refrigerator and made it in the air fryer, every bit of it is gone, it came out amazing.
I made these last night using Italian seasoning and a little bit of parmesan. They were so crispy and delicious! Zucchini is one of my favorite foods and now I can make it without the greasiness but keeps all the flavor and texture! :D

Hi Amy & Eric !!! I liked the video today. I always use Progresso Italian Bread Crumbs. Didn't like the Panko style...They look real Yummy to me...maybe I need to give Panko another try!!! Great video.
Hey DiDi! Glad you liked this one. Yeah. Amy doesn't get the seasoned ones. Growing up, my mom would put parm cheese on these. but no air fryers back then. We just had a regular oven, not even convection. LOL. Panko is good. Guess you'd have to see if they have seasoned ones or dump a lot of Italian seasoning in it. But it is crunchy enough. Would have to test with bread crumbs for comparison. Thanks for watching!!! Take care.
