Just discovered you Tim: you're excellent. I tried the Bosu at my gym today & was only able to do until the count of 5 - once 10 w/ my arm only lightly holding a bar. I'm going to do this daily...baby steps. I feel the more advanced balancing will come & then hope to start the strength work soon.

Hello tim i am a footballer and do you think that exercises would help me to get avoid of ankle sprains i just had a 2 months ago at my lateral ligament and now i can play football but i am scaring to sprain my ankle again cause 1 week ago my ankle sprain a little again in a match and i took some research and see you today and get the bosu ball do i need to do extra things or moves in this video enough?
Is that bosu brand or a cheaper one? I'm in Australia. The original is ridiculously expensive! Can you recommend any particular brand? Thank you for the video 😊
Hi Tim, My daughter has a bad sprain due to rolling her foot during a footfall match, she's due to take her boot off in two weeks to slowly return to football. When would you suggest she starts doing this exercise? She's walking absolutely fine with her boot on and has minimal pain she's healing well.

Perhaps get it assessed first. Always start on the floor before doing the BOSU
