55yrs old and I still cry like a baby when I hear this song. My mum was Roman Catholic and my father parents were Jewish. But to my dying day I will carry the memory of my mum singing this to me on my wedding day. Funny how we think Mum and Dad will be there forever, and then next thing 30-40yrs have flown by and you never told them everything you wanted to say and thank them .
This song represents all of our mother's who loved unconditionally and who are missed beyond belief...My mother was a musician and song writer who used to go to nursing homes to perform and for breast cancer survivors and many other non paying shows....I was so blessed to sing with her and my daughter and listen to her play the piano with such talent as she was a child prodigy...Such an incredible person she was and 7 years later I still cry for her almost everyday!!!
I don't know just how many times I listend to this song but I keep comming back for more & each time I hear it I fall in love with it again even more. Such a fantastic old song & an amazing singer. Just love this music & his voice, what a great production. Thank you so much for many happy hours of listening. God bless your amazing talent.
