What if you no longer feel pain, but instead you feel a catching and clunking inside that area and also a sense of weakness in the area. Not painful but not exactly comfortable or healthy feeling.
Appreciate Video! Forgive me for chiming in, I would love your opinion. Have you ever tried - Schallingora Font Storage Scheme (do a search on google)? It is a smashing one of a kind product for getting rid of your shoulder pain without the headache. Ive heard some decent things about it and my cooworker at last got excellent results with it.

Wow, almost 3 million subscribers! I had a full thickness supraspinatus tear plus a high grade tear somewhere else, the only thing I didn't tear is the teres minor. 😳 I was living with it until I tore my bicep off the bone (proximal tear). My surgeon called it the pain maker and he wasn't kidding. I'm 4 weeks post surgery and I'm going to PT. Keep up the good work.😊 I've been a subscriber since about 35k or less.
All I feel is a pop when I raise my arm and lower.. There is pain from my scapula running down the outside of my shoulder, elbow and into my pinky and ring finger :( I'm also experiencing congestion and the same side of the affected area and it cleared up as soon as I did these stretches. Now I just feel an ache.. this is so painful haha
Very helpful information, guys. Brad, you explained things so clearly; I appreciate that! Could you give advice on getting range of motion back after supraspinatus reattachment? Mine was completely frayed and detached. Physical therapy gave me some mobility but attempts to get it better resulted in me getting Golfer's Elbow. Not a good trade-off. I miss playing tennis and having accurate aim in throwing. My arm basically locks up when trying to guide the "puck" in tabletop shuffleboard, and I can't straighten my elbow in most angles of extending my arm.
When I go palm turned superspinatus test it actually bothers the opposite arms shoulder...
What does that mean
Hey!!!! Thanks for your time and help you’re so cool happy new year!!
Thanks a million, you both are the best. God bless you both.
Great information guys! Also very timely for me. I flunked all three tests. Time to watch the videos you recommended on treating this.
You guys are so corny but so helpful at the same time. I’m glad I discovered you guys lol
That last arm raise hurts behind my blade near where the arm pit starts.. what's that mean
ohhhh yea right there. im sitting with 4 massagers right now on that spot
I had pain just doing the set up for the first test.
Oh God, that literally reproduced my pain instantly! Thanks so much this guys. This has been bothering me since my recent shoulder dislocation
That is what I have at the moment. Thank you for sharing this.
Being so sweet, kind and positive you actually can cure broken hearts as well! Thank you so much! And oh boy, the open can test was really heartful. It is always when I rotate....
I lied on shoulder and samthing click
Hi, doctors!
I think i may have a rotator cuff tear, im 21 yo, trying out chalistenics and after some time i felt pain in my shoulder.
I did the lift arm behind the back test and it hurts (sharp pain) but i can do it, and also i can do the pointing down thumbs arm raise, but it also hurts.
Should i go to get attention or just let it heal and rest? Thanks!
sounds like an impingement.. if you've torn it you should have reduced strength or no function at all. Try to isolate the supraspinatus and test both sides to see if there's reduced strength
@@Drikkerbadevand thanks for the reply, this was 1 and a half years ago, and yes, its shoulder impingement.
Now im dealing with something more serious tho, i broke my tibial plateau, it sunk 3mm, and it hurts af, its beem 7 weeks, im starting physiotherapy now 😅.
I have a full Supraspinatus tear by MRI where the muscle connects to the tendon (myotendinous junction). They told me surgery is not possible, and PT rehab only aggravates the pain. Trying some steroids now, but can not possibly imagine how this would heal properly.
Update on this? Have you looked into prp
@@wbae1340did u heal
I get the pain cleaning my bathtub only. Reaching traversly and scrubbing and empty can motion. (I think I understand you here.) So, that motion is not exactly like the ones you show. But it zings and I am guessing it's my own test. Ha ha. What causes it? Do I just do the floss exercise stretch to get rid of the problem?
what did Bob do to fix his supraspinatus impingement/ inflammation?
This is the one about shoulder pain.
ua-cam.com/video/Ad5-iKuPXSE/v-deo.html
I did this test at home. As I rotated my arm, my shoulder completely fell off and dropped to the floor. I was like, "WTF"?
Can this induce the same pain as bicep tenontidis?
Because ive tried everything for bicep tenontidis and nothing.
When i do the abduction test i feel nothing but when i add a resistance and release the abuduction i feel super sharp pain is that also supraspinatus? I need help plz.
So thankful for these videos
Hey guys, hope you read this. I recently shattered my clavicle, broke it completely (1 inch apart and overlapped) and 2 pretty large splinters. Went over my handlebars and hit a clay barm face and shoulder first going pretty fast. It’s been 2.5 weeks since the injury and 8 days since surgery. It took 10 days to get into surgery and by then I wasn’t really in pain just fatigued from holding my shoulder in place. 8 days since surgery and the front of my shoulder and a little bit into my peck is extremely numb and I have dull pain sometimes a pinching crawling feeling in the front of my shoulder. I didn’t get a nerve block for surgery so I’m extremely anxious that I may have a tear. Still not clear for pt so I can’t do any of these tests
Most of the ortho overtreat by surgery these injury without testing properly.
You guys are Awesome!
Super team and lots of great information!!
Thanks! Greetings from Utah 😊
Thanks so much for the kind words!
I cant tell
Can u tell me what test is good for infraspinatous and subscapularis injury?
Good info and funny too , a couple of regular commode-ians, I mean comedians.
When I try the wall angel for posture my lumbar spine does not even come close to the wall. Is that ok?
Empty can test feels like there's a knife in both of my shoulders
So the 3rd test I cannot even get my arm to 90 degrees.
Wow, same with my case. What an expert 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
You guys are genius better than ortho docs.
Hold the model closer. To the camera
It’s my left shoulder. Lots of discomfort. I’ve had to stop sleeping on my left side. My Chiropractor has been working on it using a new technique. It’s getting better, but still hurts considerably.
Hyy may I know does you got surgery on your shoulder
What if i can’t elevate my arm past about 30° and im positive for the drop test (can’t keep arm elevated unless supported)? There’s no obvious pain, my arm just won’t work. Stemming from the shoulder area
Thanks
💔
Thanks again for a very helpful video of a common injury! RCuff area injuries are so common.
Who asked for your input on the commonality of rotator cuff injuries?
@@jessejive117 You are a "troll."
Dennis,
As for me, I appreciate and have even come to expect your comments here on Bob and Brad's videos...kind of like I'm looking up a friend and seeing how he's doing. All the best to you!
Annettesmusic Thank you, Annette. 😊
Yep. I got it. Off I go to your other videos to help fix it. AND...what a GREAT piece of information in the last few seconds of the video about Edison. He failed 10,000 times before he got it! Love encouraging stories like that.
First
And we care why?
Dennis Tesdell Don’t speak for everyone and UA-cam butt hole lol And it’s a common thing to do on UA-cam. Sorry you aren’t caught up with the times old man. Get hip as you would say.
@@jessejive117 @Physical Therapy Video The fact that you can't refrain from using crude insults on what is a "family friendly" channel says a great deal about you. Likewise, calling me an old man who is behind the times is a huge assumption and again, petty and arrogant. Your age and immaturity are showing.
Dennis Tesdell but hole is a crude insult or you can’t use on UA-cam? Even if the video is family-friendly that doesn’t mean you should go into the comment section expecting the same thing necessarily. And the families can’t take read in the word but hole there as gay as you are lol
I've had an incomplete tear of my supraspinatus tendon for over a year now and regular physical therapy didn't work very well but I started doing bar hanging and the 3 exercises and it has helped tremendously. I can't recommend it enough. Bob and Brad did a good video a while back on it. It really works great on frozen shoulders and any type of rotator cuff or impingement issue. Watch "Science Says Most Shoulder Pain Eliminated Without Surgery- 4 Simple Steps at Home" on UA-cam
ua-cam.com/video/Ad5-iKuPXSE/v-deo.html
I had a shoulder MRI a few weeks ago. Results showed an 8mm intrasubstance anterior tear in supraspinatus tendon. They said a labral tear couldn't be ruled out. Didn't have arthrogram for MRI.
Going to doctor 11/24 for a steroid injection. Hoping it relieves my pain for a long time. Get sharp pain at night or lifting arm overhead or abducted.
Ew. Why do you say Supraspinatus like that?
PROBABLY because they were trained that way when they were getting their masters in PT.
Dennis Tesdell they were trained to say it that’s specific way? Well I’m going to school for PT and they don’t say it that way nor do they have a preference to say it that way lol Why are you adding master in there like that adds credibility your reasoning? Haha. You must be a democrat lol
Same here Jesse Collins. SupraspinAtis not supraspinahtus lol
@@jessejive117 @Physical Therapy Video I'll reply to you just a couple more times, and then quit wasting my time, since you think you know it all. Try going to the link provided, or even asking "Alexa" for the pronunciation. She says it the way Bob and Brad do. There are differences in how many medical terms are spoken. One good example is "tinnitus." As for this issue, go to this UA-cam link and listen to how an expert pronounces the word supraspinatis: ua-cam.com/video/t3rA7XFJfQ0/v-deo.html
These guys are helping tens of thousands (at the least) with their videos. To pick apart and critique how they say a word or do 41 fast pushups is undermining the good and valuable information they are offering people here for free, grinding out videos here and on the other social media daily! I'm not sure what your agenda is, but it is petty, arrogant and not respectful of the body of work these two men make available to over one million subscribers.
@@jessejive117 @Physical Therapy Video See below, student. I'm amazed that you would bring political affiliation into this! lol
