Siemens is a top tier producer, very nice score on your part.
For the tin balls, do a low heat cook before you do the main cook on the IC Chips, and it should drop most of the tin off the chips, then sift, then put the IC’s back in the oven for the main cook.
After processing all your components, I recommend putting the depopulated boards through low heat to knock off the remaining solder, then a hot Caustic Soda bath to scrub off the solder mask, so you increase your gold recovery yield from the boards themselves. The waste caustic soda can be used later for your waste treatment PH balancing 👍🏼

    Big
    Gold
    Amount!
    Very nice! 👍

Thank you for your effort. There are several observations. First get rid of copper and silver with nitric, then filter, then rinse with hot water and take the product and put it with royal water and then heat well until the reaction is completely finished, then filter and rinse with hot water and then precipitate the solution. You will get very pure gold.... Another note. There is a waste between the big salt and the small and small baker. I expect the result carefully and without wasting 7g.

That is so cool because I have about 3000 boards from 4K video camera cards that all have 6-9 of those BGA on them so I should have a great return on them & I got them all free. As always thank you for the great video

    Hi Dusan,
    Congrats to the high yield!
But: The solution wasn‘t clear and the clumpy gold looks strange. There must be a good amount of impurities in it.
Would be interesting if you do a second refining.
    Best regards from Germany.

Awesome vid 999 Dusan, nice to see you get a good score, you deserve it with all the hard work you put in,
thank you for taking the time to share it with us,
i have around 4kg's of telcoms BGA's saved up that ive collected since Christmas,
ive found the burning is defiantly the best way to do them, the tin is a real pain if you get it in your aquaregia, i made that mistake the first time i did them & ended up with a mess, took me ages to refine the mixed gold afterwards haha.
Another good trick to improve yeald is run over your ash with a magnet after crushing, i found that some of the BGA's, especially the ones from newer mobile phones had tiny ferrous backs in them, keep up the good work dude, i very much enjoy seeing you do this.

Well done, I also get a buzz when I drop a decent amount of gold when not expecting it.
Do you refine a second or third time ?I always refine 3 or 4 times to be sure of purity and add sulfuric acid in those refining steps to drop lead before filtering.I also use chlorinated tap water to drop silver as silver chloride before filtering, I think after doing these steps my gold is 999.9%?

Hi Dusan. Thanks for processing BGA chips as I requested. :) Huge amount as I expected cause BGA have really nice and lots of golden bonding wire! Very nice yeld!! :) I've heard BGA South and North bridge from computer motherboards - the ones with golden corners - contain even more gold than normal BGAs. Also 386 processors are the best yeld. Best regards! ;)

I see the same mistakes over and over in these video's from many different creators, like not properly incinerating the chips, not doing nitric boils to free the base metals and silver, and the biggest mistake premixing aqua regia you add the nitric in small amounts to boiling hydrochloric acid so you can eliminate the need for urea, and smb can be added to the solution without water because the process of crashing out the gold from solution is exothermic, and never dry your gold power fully put it in a filter then smelt it into a button, and try to do the aqua regia refining more than once to increase purity, you can have as much gold as you want but if its not 999 fine you wont get anywhere near the asking price of gold metal alloys are worth much less than a pure product its a common mistake to think that a 50% gold alloy is worth half of the gold asking price because its not because they factor in how much it might take for them to purify it so you will get less money for your gold.
