    Yields vary a lot on bga depending on size, brand and material they come off of. Small bgas can yield much higher

    Thank you for this simple realistic video. I have 2questions 1-How did you make ur air vaccum pump? 2-would it be possible to put the ashes powder directly in furnace with some fluxes and lead then vaporize lead and get the gold directly?

    You went from
    Pour off the light ash in a goldpan (What do you do then) to catch stray gold bond wires (do you place these stray gold bond wires back into the concentrate)to
    Repeat until no ash left only the heavy stuff (is this the consentrate you refer to in following step) to
    The concentrate washed few times with distilled water
    Very confusing.
    Thank you for making the vid though.

      I don't think he used any "top brand" scales, just don't buy the cheapest, buy the one with a reasonable price, as well as you should have something for a weight reference. So as long as it shows the correct weight of the reference, in-between it's tolerance, it's fine. In case of small sizes, coverage could count, but not as much as you would expect. But in most cases, it doesn't matter.

    Why not pyrolize the chips so they don't give off poisonous gasses?

    • @ogbullion
      @ogbullion  2 роки тому

      Burnt to grey-white ash is enough pyrolized for me. Gold and silver recovery always generate/pruduce poisonous toxic gasses.

    • @teamSHTF
      @teamSHTF 2 роки тому

      @@ogbullion I've seen a technique where you use a can with holes in it that uses the gas as fuel and burns cleaner. Good video, just asking in case you had a different opinion.

    The solder balls contain silver sometimes on higher end material palladium. Your process is OK but it can be tweaked slightly
