Warmup(Band Mobility Work)
-Narrow grip pull-up 3x10 (Last set drops set 5s negatives to failure)
w/cable flys 3x10 (10x10 drop set last set) high to low
-incline db bench 3x10(10x10 drop set last set)
w/ single arm row 3x10
-pendlay row(wide grip stop reps) 3x12,10,8
-3x12 elbows in db press
-lat pull down 3x10(10x10 drop set last set)
w/banded push-ups or 4 sets of 25 pushups
Had my first 10 or so pullups a few days ago, I now know what sore lats feel like:)
Pull up x cable fly
Incline press x sa db row
Pendalay row bb x db narrow press
Lat pull down x banded push-up
Face pull x machine fly

Hey man I only have a cable machine that has 1 cable not 2 should I still do the cable flys with 1 cable?
Yes you. I see people doing it at the gym even when they are at a dual cable set up. I recommend only doing low to high cable flies and mid cable flies to make your chest pop

If I’m going to do arms and shoulders the next day, is it good to try to keep a lot of bend out of your elbow so that you aren’t contracting your biceps too much? Or do you think biceps recover faster so it’s OK to hit them a little bit the day before while working on your pull movements?

I understand what the drop-set is as you explained it but I am lost at the incline DB bench 3sets of 10 reps ,drop-set (10 times 10)? do you mean 10 more sets of 10 reps at a lower wt.?🤷🏽♀️
No you just drop the weight after the last set and do 10 reps of a lighter weight

it's most likely ten reps then drop set for another 10 reps..not 10 sets of 10

You are better of training Push, Pull , Leg. Training to major muscle group like that is not optimal for the average folk.
I mean the upper lower split has is a proven split and used by many many people
Could do Monday - push, Tuesday - pull, Wednesday- legs. Thursday-rest day/cardio day , Friday - shoulders and arms , Saturday- back and chest . Sunday -rest
