Short comic film about Robinet. Robinet goes to a theater performance and falls in love with the singer. He bribes her personal maid to give him the singer's address. On the way to her house, he is robbed of his tuxedo jacket and hat. Eventually he manages to get into the singer's apartment and he enters her bedroom while she is sleeping. She wakes up and is startled by Robinet, after which she starts calling for help. Two passing police officers come to her rescue and arrest Robinet.

Robinet gaat naar een theatervoorstelling en wordt verliefd op de zangeres. Via haar dienstmeisje komt hij achter haar adres. Onderweg naar haar huis wordt Robinet bestolen van zijn smokingjasje en hoed. Uiteindelijk weet hij toch het appartement van de zangeres binnen te dringen en hij gaat de slaapkamer in waar zij ligt te slapen. De zangeres wordt wakker en schrikt van Robinet, waarna ze om hulp begint te roepen. Twee voorbijgaande politieagenten schieten haar te hulp en arresteren Robinet.
