Thanks so much for this wonderful lesson. It worked perfectly for both the scripture and the song themes in my easyworship 7, but didn't work for presentation theme. Could there be any other method of applying it to presentation themes? Thanks so much.

It's cool that this is possible but what if you only wanted the lower thirds for the live stream but in person you wanted a normal theme.

I actually have a question tho about presenting East worship both online via live stream on either face book or UA-cam AND also using EasyWorship to present in the sanctuary as well on say a projector. Is it possible to have EasyWorship display on the livestream at the bottom third of the screen and have it displayed on the full screen on a projector in the sanctuary? Thanks!
EasyWorship does not have multiple live outputs. You would need to use 2 computers both running EasyWorship. One computer that has the lower third for the live stream, and the other computer that has the full size text for the sanctuary.

Is this something you're looking to implement any time soon? It would be cheaper for us to move to a different presentation software than to buy another computer!
@@EasyWorshipSoftware I'll just buy a new software, instead of buying a new computer as you suggested. I'm having a same issue as them. I want a full screen on the sanctuary and lower third on obs at the same time! ProPresenter has this feature!
@@kme657 Currently, EasyWorship does not have multiple live outputs. You would need to use two computers both running EasyWorship. One for the full size lyrics for the Front Of House screens and the other computer for the lower third text for the livestream.
Hopefully in the future we can get that feature added in to where you can use just the one computer.

So my question is I’m running atem with obs. I can get the streams in from my atem but I wanted to know could I still use screen capture with multiple cameras or what other way could I get the text on multiple camera.
You would probably want to bring your cameras into OBS and just send your lyrics from EW into OBS using either NDI with no background or use a color background in EW and key it out with OBS
So can we do the lower third lyrics and projection screen lyrics on a different template at the same time? So if I hit Go Live does it update the slides for both screens?

Are you using a 2nd monitor for this? When i do use easy worship in obs using display capture it shows my obs on screen. How do i remove obs from showing on the live screen while still having access to obs?
OBS should be on the same computer monitor screen that EasyWorship is on. Once you have OBS configured and you start streaming. You can minimize OBS and then leave EasyWorship open and go live from there.

I’m having problems with video latency; as soon as I add EW into OBS and start changing scriptures the output becomes very slow and pixalated but the sound remains fine. Please help?

If you have multiple cameras you will want to use a switcher to switch between your cameras for your live stream.
When i selected display capture on OBS it showed what was showing on my computer screen so i went to easyworship to click live so that it will show what was showing on EW but it didn't what should I do?
When you get to the step in OBS for your Display Capture and you need to choose a Display, make sure you are choosing the one that is showing your EasyWorship content.
It should give you 2 options, either Display 1 or Display 2. Most of the time, Display 1 will be your computer screen, and Display 2 will be your Output screen.

You can take a pre-recorded video and import it into EasyWorship, and then add that as a background to a song or scripture in your schedule.

You have to make sure when you set up your Display Capture option in OBS that you select your secondary monitor or screen that your computer is connected to. Then it should show up in OBS.
can you do facebook and youtube at the same time or do you need two cameras for that?
OBS allows to stream to only one platform at a time
In order to live stream to Facebook and UA-cam at the same time, you will need to also use another software that allows you to use multiple streams like Castr, or Restream.

How so you hook your camera up to your computer?
You will normally connect the camera to a video capture device and that video capture device will connect to the computer.

I don’t think obs will let you stream to one at a time.
Can you stream live simultaneously on different social media’s with OBS
You'll have to look into other software that is available for streaming multiple platforms. A good one that a lot of people use is called Castr.
@@EasyWorshipSoftware Castr is a good software, we use it to stream to YT and FB simultaneously with no issues.

Yes! you can do a desktop capture with EW6 into OBS

As long as you have your copyright license and streaming license from CCLI then you can do this without any issue.
can you stream to obs and have everything going to a projector as well?
If you are using the Display Capture feature of OBS then everything you are going live to your Front of House will also be the same thing that the online audience sees on the livestream. If you are needing the full size text with no camera feed for your Front of House screens, and also needing the lower third text with camera feed for your livestream, you currently would need 2 computers running EasyWorship to accomplish this.
We are currently bug testing a feature to allow you to have an additional output option for your livestream to allow you to do this. We don't have an estimated release date yet, but are working hard on getting that available for our EasyWorship 7 subscribers as soon as possible.
@@EasyWorshipSoftware our Church uses Three monitors, one for the LIVE output, one as a foldback, one to navigate EW. This video seems like it is streaming on only one monitor, is this correct? If so, I can't seem to figure out how that is possible as the Display Capture in OBS would capture everything I am doing with Facebook and changing EW slides vs. just the feed?
@@gordieclark6412 You would make sure in OBS to choose your Display which is for your live output, that way whatever you go live to is what the livestream audience would see, and they would not see EasyWorship or anything on your computer.

Yes, this is EasyWorship 7. But you can also use the Desktop Capture feature with EasyWorship 6 as well.

Can Easyworship works with OBS on Mac ?
We are still working on a full Mac version of EasyWorship. But if you use the NDI stream to send out over NDI from the EasyWorship computer into OBS on a Mac computer, then that will work.
Can you clear the screen?
Yes, if you click the Clear button in EasyWorship, it will also clear the screen for those watching online.

I wish your videos got to the point of what the subject is rather than getting mired in unnecessary details that should be addressed in other videos, such as adding a lower third, or creation of a slide or presentation. You should assume that the viewer has that information already and focus solely on the purpose of the video and what settings are important for JUST achieving that. Sorry for the criticism, but I’m frustrated seeking an answer and having to sit though so much explanation about something else entirely, which eventually buries within it some crucial steps in the process. You should really focus on the subject matter and have other videos for the other steps including links to those videos when those other things come up.
Thank you for your feedback. We do have a video for quickly making a lower third theme. However, since most people will need to use a lower third theme when livestreaming, this video is for someone who wants to know how to livestream with EasyWorship starting from scratch and everything it entails to get the livestream up and running.
