- Опубліковано 28 чер 2018
- I'm back at THAIFEX! This foodie heaven is one of the biggest food trade show in Asia. If you're anybody in the food and beverage business, you are HERE. And they even open one day to the public so anyone can get a glimpse at the newest, coolest food products of the year!
I am back this year with my brother Art as the camera man, and we brought some highlights of the show for you. There was so much to see but I have compiled what I think is new and interesting, certainly things I've never seen before!

Pailin's Kitchen i want this syrup 3:32 😫😩.
I really love how educational your videos are and how you explain the process behind the products!! It's so clear you have so much knowledge which is why I consistently come back to your videos! Thank you!!
this was SO informative and so entertaining to watch.
I was so excited because I know I will hear some conversations in Thai. I love it when you speak Thai but there are just short ones in this video. Can you make a video where you speak Thai with English subtitles? I know it's more work but just one video please. I know I am not the only one who will find it enjoyable. It will also help us learn Thai more naturally. Love this video, I want to try almost everything especially the soy sauce ice cream. I used to snack on the coconut pearl too when I was young. Now I know what it is in English. Kob kun krub Miss Pai!
Yessssss finally. I know that i'm not the only person who want Pai to speak full Thai in her video. 👏👏👏
Yeah! I know I'm not the only one. :)
AnythingGoesKitchen I would like too

This is so entertaining to watch! Thanks for sharing this.
p.s. I really appreciate how you pronounce the food you cook in Thai - that's usually where I find a legit pronunciation of thai dishes w/ some English explanation.
So cute at 10:31 she manually make the corn wave the hand.

So much fun. Thank you for touring us through the ThaiFEX show. As a menu developer with an executive chef husband, we love going to food shows but we’ve never been to one with so many exotic and ethnic items. I’d love to find that coconut milk at stores in the U.S. Oh, and that coconut sparkling water, I am a bubbly water addict lol
You gotta make it to Thaifex!!
Pailin's Kitchen OK! So I would be flying from the Pacific NW, same as you, how long does it actually take to get to Thailand?

Your parent’s house so beautiful !!!! I loved it so much ! Enjoy your trip , nothing like family gathering.

To add to this comment. Doesnt it seem like the camera person moved, as to not get "miss sourface" in the frame? :P
LOLOLOL!! Camera totally moved to avoid her.

Loved this video Pai. This event seems so fun. I usually try to hit Bangkok every other year. I’m due for another visit in 2019, so hmmm let’s see. 😄🧐 very tempting.
Wonderful coverage for the show. You are brilliant 😘😘
So amaze of the new thai's product. Wish i can buy it online .
I love your video. When these products will be available in Canada mostly Toronto. I had a hard time finding Thai products in Toronto. Pai, you should open a Thai products shop in Toronto. Thanks for the video.
I LOVE these videos!
This is so amazing and innovative
I love the Ampawa coconut milk. I always use it! The Agrilife coconut cider vinegar is lovely too! makes a nice drink :D
This is very interesting. I wished I watched this before I went to Bangkok last year, November 2019 so I can look for those interesting products. I don’t remember seeing them at the grocery store or even at the airport stores because I’m not aware that there are products like them. That would have been so cool to try or taste those products you featured. Thank you for sharing this video.
SO amazing! The ingenuity! How do they think of the process?? Amazing!
one of my favorite food: coconut pearl. the coconut cider vinegar might be similar to our Tuba. both I haven't eaten or drank for several years. hmmm. I will look for them tomorrow. Wish I can find the tamarind candy as well. Our community is named after the tamarind.
Love the video, so much to digest. Maybe making it in 2 parts. Just a thought.

We have Agilife products here in Russia! Vinegar is amazing
So yummy yummy !!!
I love this Thailand food show !!!
When yearly ???
Can i see you there ???
Pailin, please !!!
I like eating that white embryo thing of the coconut. When I was a kid I used to ask my grandma for I when he grate coconut for its milk. The texture is like jicama or Mexican yam which we call singkamas here.
The coconut cider vinegar is interesting too. You're right when you said that it's good to make use of what supposed to be something that's was thrown out already. Great idea and less waste.
I want to attend that fair ! I now live in Africa fresh real coconut is definitely something I crazily miss as I grew up with coconut trees around our house. That coconut baby flesh was my favorite. My father used to call me when he cracks a coconut and we share that goodness. I miss that just as I miss my late father. Coconut vinegar my grandma usbes to make a fresh,y made rice cakes using hand ground sticky rice. Having got this out of my chest, I miss all of Asia and and all of its food !!!!!! That mangosteen, I’m checking g that out. Chili crab mix my hubby will be so happy to grab those. I thoroughly enjoyed this video. Thank you so much 🙏
WOW! Very good show. I love 😍
Had to go to Saigon thus I missed THAIFEX but thankfully you did not. Thanks for the superb video recap :)
Great video! ☺
oh my goodness! It is literally food heaven!!! I have to go sometime!!! When about is this festival being held though?
Check the Thaifex website for next year's dates :)
From what I know, the event will hold for 7 days each year. The first 6 days are for business purposed visitors and visitors are required to make pre-registration before visit. I think Khun Pai also visited there in the first 6 days since it was not crowded. I am not sure but from what I know, most of the companies do not sell their products as retailer on these days; mainly for business purpose as wholesellers.
The last day is always the public-opened with no pre-registration required. In this day, all the shop will act as retailers and sell their products to visitors (since most of them don't want to brings the products back so majority of the products are sold at discounted price; however, it is slightly crowded in that day.)
The ice creams are really cool 😁
Sparkling coconut water is what I really like to try.
These videos are so interesting! I wish these products would make their way to North America.
wow, i wish these products come to the U.K. i am definitely ordering the mangosteen crisps
Yeah king of fruits has a queen of fruits 😜
Interesting expo. The pad Thai looked good but wouldn’t have the wok hei. Thanks for the tour👍🏻👏
Haha, definitely not, but it was still tasty!
The show it's like a huge shopping mall 😊
As a mangosteen fanatic, I DIED at the mangosteen chip!!! I need some nowww
So fun, love coconut!
There's Taiwan festival here in Toronto this August! Are you coming? I want to watch you!👍
This would be very neat to go check it out!
Thank you for the tour.
This should have been named The Coconut Tradeshow.
I got to go next year! 🙌
