Prawn Stock: How to make it Easily

All those leftover bits from prawns can be turned into an amazing stock that is great for so many things! You really don't need any additional ingredients if you have already made prawns and you get a bonus for zero waste!... now for our prawn stock recipe...
Ingredients:
Prawn Heads, Shells, and tails
A bit of olive oil
Water
And thats it! Optional seasoning if you think it needs a bit more kick but I kept mine simple because I was going to use it in a risotto later on that day.
Method:
Heat your pan
Add oil
Add shells and heads to hot oil
brown the heads and shells
Add your water
bring to boil before reducing to a simmer
simmer for 30 minutes
strain shells from stock
I have never seen anyone use prawns stock before! Wow! I e seen fish, chicken or beef bones but this is such a great idea! Using this for my next recipe for sure!
