In Sweden it's tradition to eat peasoup on thursdays, and after the soup we eat Swedish pancakes/crêpes with any jam we like. :D it was basically a staple food in the kitchen when I grew up.
Laura you have to try savory chicken crepes, any kind of shredded chicken even canned, mix with little mayo and garlic and mozzarella cheese, fill the crepes and bake for couple minutes for the cheese to melt, sooo good!

Just made these this mg ...WOW!! A BIG HIT with my family! I used a thin bottom crépe pan just bc I had bought 1 at TJ Maxx a cpl months before & it really conducts the heat through it so yes you have to watch the crépes don't burn! However, low to med heat works best after you do 1 or 2. I also made a "wild berry compote" using strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and raspberries... It was DELICIOSO!!! 😚 The filling was soo soo good and light and airy. I doubled the compote to have extra for the next mg etc. Served my crépes with the filling and compote(sauce) like Laura did, and had soft scrambled eggs and bacon on the side. Reeeeallly Good!! 😍

Currently in a lockdown,I went for an eggless recipe (I cannot handle the smell or the taste of eggs)and had no butter so used sunflower oil instead and added vanilla a touch to my batter,but followed your instructions Which I believe without them my crepes were gonna be burnt on the outside and battery on the inside,I did not know which heat to set it on,and I don’t have frozen fruits on hand so I am going for a strawberry jam and a little orange squeeze and some amazng quality bottled whipped cream,but sadly no mint😢thank you Laura,I owe you a lot about how I can handle a kitchen

Hi Laura, Just tried your Berries & Cream Crepes. They turned out pretty well but a Question for you. I ended up using (4) 8oz packages of the Cream cheese. Your recipe dosn't say how much , and I watched the UA-cam video a couple of times and you also didn't mention how much to use. From the recipie "For the Filling: 1 cup of Heavy Cream, whipped to stiff peaks 4 of Cream Cheese, softened at room temperature" is that supposed to be 4oz. or 4- 8oz. packages ??? Thanks, Bud
