Oh man, it looks beautiful out there off the trail but I can only imagine how hard it was to walk through it! What a relief it still works! 😊
I had planned to do more recordings of the search, but Google Maps did a better job than I expected. I couldn't believe I was able to find the drone, we had snow that night and usually that far in the country gets more snow then we get in town but it seem we got about the same amount, if it was more then it would have been fully covered and there would have been no hope in finding it until spring. There were so many factors to consider, but in the end, luck was on my side.
