    curious if anyone here has a spot they could do "sprints" in their gyms? not something my local has easy access to without knocking a lot of people over.

      A lot of gyms have open studio rooms you could use, or simply step out the door and run out back for the sprints. 👍

      That was the first thing I thought haha. The gyms I visit in Utah (VASA) have a short lane of football turf that used for sled pushes. I might try that out for the sprints as people rarely use that spot.
