I weight 128 kg and I will update my results doing this wourkout every week.And I will be doing this workout 6 times a week.I could only do 10 rounds with 30 sec rest

The weight is going to vary a lot based on your individual strength and experience. Most guys will do great starting with dumbbells around 20-30lbs each. 👌
This defenitely killed me! Only could get through 6 Rounds in 15 mins before dying. 25 LB Dumbbells used for all the excercises. The lunges are really difficult to perform with correct form when you are fatigued. Will try to power through to 12 rounds next time with a little bit of pre-workout to boost me!
Step back lunges are the best variation of the exercise for your knees, as long as you perform them under control with good form they shouldn't cause any issue. But do what you can and constantly aim to progress 👌
I just tried it this morning with a 27.5 lbs dumbells. I was out of breath on the 3rd round. I pushed myself to do 2 more but with 45sec rest. Then I was like why not a 6 round? I did it but it took out all I had this morning. I completed all that in 22 min not including the warm up. I will use this for the next 4 weeks and see what changes.
This workout and all the faster fat loss workouts are meant to replace your cardio training. You should incorporate some of the other workouts on our channel for your standard weight training routine.
Second trial and I failed after round 6 for a total of 21:45 min. On round 4, I had 45 sec rest to catch up. One thing for sure is how I sweat. Soaking😂
