    Quit a public gym 4 months ago,sorted out my small garage with a wall mounted pullup bar, a bench and some dumbbells and a landmine setup with a few different handles. All cost less than a grand even buying new. Best thing i ever did. 💪🤠

    Sir,
    Tried this workout today. It took me one full hour. Actually my rest period between each exercise was more. Really feeling tired. Nice innovative workout to break the monotony.

    Another awesome workout circuit, you guys need to slow down only so much you can do in a week! Done about 5 workouts from this channel and they totally push you to the limit mentally & physically! 👊👍

    I’m totally getting a landmine! The huge mining dumper truck to do pull ups off? Not so much, I’m a bit tight for cash at the moment and it would be a nightmare to park in my drive...😂

      Haha, Glad to hear, and yeah, the dump truck might be a bit overkill, and not the best return on investment. A pull up bar will do the trick haha

      Hi! Many of these exercises can be done in the same manner, but working with one-arm instead. For example the first exercise, Exercise #1: Bent Landmine Rows ... Bent-over Single Arm Dumbbell Rows can be performed.

    These landmine workouts are my favourites. (I use another full body workout you’ll have posted with the L.M.). I only have at home TRX and a landmine, so these are the BEST for me. And they work! Feel great after these workouts. Thanks guys.

    How can you change weights in less than 10 seconds? Or you need a specific bar/landmine for each one...

      Don't have to adjust weights too often, some exercises can use the same weight depending on strength. Just have to hustle and slide the weights off and onl

    In my honest opinion, if you can ADD this to your regular workout, you are doing your regular workout wrong. But this upper body workout seems to have good variations of your regular, maybe oldish and tad boring excercises, so I'm going to give it a try.

    you LITERALLY cant burn fat away, besides that misinformation, this is a pretty solid workout

      You are correct. You can't light up a torch to burn fat off your body (that would hurt... and is dangerous), but you can burn (expend) calories to rid the body of excess body fat when in a caloric deficit. :)

    Last time I checked there weren't landmine apparatuses on every street corner and in every hotel room.

      Pretty much anywhere. All you need is a barbell and some plates. Performed this workout many times simply wedging a barbell in the corner of a wall with a towel behind. Don't need anything fancy haha
