Quit a public gym 4 months ago,sorted out my small garage with a wall mounted pullup bar, a bench and some dumbbells and a landmine setup with a few different handles. All cost less than a grand even buying new. Best thing i ever did. 💪🤠
Sir, Tried this workout today. It took me one full hour. Actually my rest period between each exercise was more. Really feeling tired. Nice innovative workout to break the monotony. Regards

I’m totally getting a landmine! The huge mining dumper truck to do pull ups off? Not so much, I’m a bit tight for cash at the moment and it would be a nightmare to park in my drive...😂
Hi! Many of these exercises can be done in the same manner, but working with one-arm instead. For example the first exercise, Exercise #1: Bent Landmine Rows ... In my honest opinion, if you can ADD this to your regular workout, you are doing your regular workout wrong. But this upper body workout seems to have good variations of your regular, maybe oldish and tad boring excercises, so I'm going to give it a try.
You are correct. You can't light up a torch to burn fat off your body (that would hurt... and is dangerous), but you can burn (expend) calories to rid the body of excess body fat when in a caloric deficit. :) Thank you for watching!

Haha, Glad to hear, and yeah, the dump truck might be a bit overkill, and not the best return on investment. A pull up bar will do the trick haha
