Thanks, Keith! I work with international students on the college campus. Many are not believers, though they're willing to try out a "Bible Discussion". The flexibility of the Paper Bible seems awesome for the different students that may come (especially considering the different language translations). Thank you! I've been trying to go digital (Church/study notes) and I've only found 1 Bible pdf that would allow me to use in a notetaking app. I hope that more translations will be coming soon.
That would be great. Unfortunately, since they give it away for free, a lot of the mainstream translations (ESV, NIV, NLT, CSB, etc.) have a copyright license that doesn't allow free sharing. Check out the BSB. It's really, really good...and inside this app!
It's absolutely amazing. I never heard of this. Is it possible to print a Bible with chapters from multiple books rather than an entire book? I would love to have this for a youth training program.
For many languages, only the New Testament has been translated. Others may be missing a book if there was issues converting it, as the app is still in beta. We'll be resolving that soon though.
This looks like a great and free app. Also, if you just want a straight Bible without study notes and all the extras, it's easily done in MSWord with the booklet layout option. You don't get all the bells and whistles, but you can format the layout and page size anyway you want and add your own page breaks, tables, columns, footers for study notes etc. just import the desired translation and format.
Good news! You can! After you select the book, add whatever numbers you want. Example add 1-3 after selecting Genesis and it will only put the first 3 chapters. Put 1:1-4 after selecting Genesis and it will only put those 4 verses. Enjoy!
This is such an amazing resource!! I can't believe I'm just finding out about this. The parallel Bible feature with Greek is probably what I'll use the most. Btw, the BYZ has Old Testament quotes in bold for those so inclined. KJV is the only version I've found so far with the Words of Christ in red.
Thank you for sharing this! I noticed it says it’s in beta at this time (Oct 2024) Hopefully when it’s out of beta it will remain free. However, I would love to have the ESV and NIV translation options in the future.
Here is a link to the developer's site. It sure looks like ALL their software is free! gracious.tech/ However, since they only use public domain (free) translations, I think the closest you'll find is the BSB (Berean Standard Bible). It's a good "middle ground" of NIV and ESV. Enjoy!
Staple it. If you have a long stapler, perfect! If not, simply open up a normal stapler and push it through into a standard eraser. Then folder the "prongs" manually. Works like a charm!
This is wonderful! BUT GET A CISS INK SYSTEM! It would cost a fortune to print a Bible with regular ink cartridges. Since I installed a CISS system I'm able to print whole books and share printed materials with people for pennies. The CISS systems ARE a little finicky though... do some research, they aren't for everybody... The easier way would be to buy a new printer that has refillable ink tanks. I also have an Epson ink tank printer that works flawlessly.

That said, I find that most people (including me) use paper.bible to print a single book to go along with what they're currently studying. It's great to be able to print a manuscript, have space for notes, mark it up, and still have a "clean" Bible. Thanks for sharing!

This seems cool. However, I noticed while it lists the Douay Reims as an available English translation, it doesn’t seem to have all the books available.
I have printed this using the default settings, printing on both sides of paper, in booklet form, but after 4 tries it is still printing pages upside down rendering the booklet form useless. What am I doing wrong? After looking deeper and another video on this, I found that it must be printed flipping of the short edge, this was not the default setting...this did solve the issue. I will leave this comment in hopes it helps others if they encounter the same issue.

Not "remove." But you can add whatever you like. A whole book. (Romans) A chapter (Romans 5). A selection of verses (Romans 5:1-5). Select the book. Then type the numbers/reference after the book. Super easy!
My mind tuned out. Need the 30,000 ft view before the details. So can someone tell me what this is? @@GraciousTechApps Thanks for the answer Jon.
@@GraciousTechApps the LEB would be so amazing. To be able to get it in print in any form would be so cool. I have literally written emails to Faithlife pleading with them to somehow get it into print lol.
Wow! This video is 16:11 minutes long!
Is that too long?
@@keithferrin KJV 1611.
@@privatepilot4064 Oh. Got it! That's wild!
God said the word is written on our hearts
That is true discernment
God also created my soul so i have a direct link to source that cannot be CORRUPTED
Yes. It's written on our hearts. AND we still have a sinful nature to contend with this side of heaven. Do you agree? (Romans 7)
@@keithferrin “you will not find me in the temples built by human hands”
Churches
Synagogues
Mosques etc
Christ was quoted to have said according to the bible that my body is the true temple of God.
Why do you need people to agree with you?
@@keithferrin you lot might not see the year out. Grapes are nearly ready, tares go too
@@thenetisthebeast6910 Hmmmm. OK.
@@thenetisthebeast6910 I'm sorry that is grossly taken out of context. What about Hebrews 10:25? "Let us not neglect meeting together, as some have made a habit, but let us encourage one another, and all the more as you see the Day approaching."
Does it allow me to remove the verses and books that I don’t like?
Not "remove." But you can add whatever you like. A whole book. (Romans) A chapter (Romans 5). A selection of verses (Romans 5:1-5). Select the book. Then type the numbers/reference after the book. Super easy!
I don't great video I may have not watched it correctly but I never seen you print it out actually and never showed an actual printed version.
I didn't want to take the time in the video to wait for it to print, but I do show you the one I create at 12:22-12:42. Enjoy!
This is wonderful! Thank you so much!
You're very welcome!
You’re not fooling anyone. We know you’re Kurt Russell.
Hmmm...you got me! ;)
My mind tuned out. Need the 30,000 ft view before the details. So can someone tell me what this is? Is it something you print out yourself on your laser printer (which ia not free, and probably more expensive than buying a Bible), or do they print it and send it to you for free? How is this "free" as claimed?
When did they start printing these on paper? Almost feels sacreligeous
Not sure what you mean. The Bible has been printed on paper since the original printing press. ?
@keithferrin 👍 Just a bad joke. Vids in my watch later looks interresting.
