Hi Dr. My issue is that I have to clear my throat an annoying amount of times. Especially when laying down in bed. My sinuses aren't clogged, but I was wondering if doing this or the Navage, might help with phlegm (I guess?) building up? Thanks!

That sounds like it could be acid reflux.

I've used one last night and it was flowing slowly on one side. My eye has been watery on that side. The other side flowed just great.
