Fish Rohu- 1kg
Tamarind- 50g
Lemon- 1pc
Besan- 50g
Salt- 1tbs
Red Chilli- 0.5tbs
Chilli Flakes- 0.5tbs
Coriander- 1tbs
Cumin- 0.75tbs
Garam Masala- 0.25tbs

Good recipe & cooking has made the product undoubtedly delicious. Ensure two things more. 1. While marinating for 12/24 hours, use ceramic pot since lemon & immly contains citric acid & react with metals. 2. Use flat pan for frying instead of bowel pan.
