Secret Fish Fry Recipe | Better than any Restaurant in Lahore

No matter from which culture you belong this is going to be the best fish fry recipe for you. It is not spicy nor salty, it has very unique salty and savory taste that everyone likes.
Ingredients for 1kg:
Salt 15 1tbs
Salt this fish and hang it in cloth for 24 hours in cool place/ fridge
Red Chili 8gms 1tsp
Red Chili Flakes 1gms 1/2tsp
Coriander 6gms 1tbs
Cumin 8gms 3/4tbs
Ajwain/ Caraway Seeds 1gms 1/2tsp
Ginger Paste 20gms 1tbs
Garlic Paste 20gms 1tbs
Lemons 2pcs
Tamarind Paste 10gms 1tbs
Mix all above spices along with 2tbs of vinegar and apply on hanged fish and let it sit in refrigerator for 6 more hours.
Pour mustard oil in iron wok let it get hot at high flame for 5 to 7 minutes and fry fish for 8-10 minutes on 125c.
