Fish Type “Rohu”
Ingredients for 1kg-
Rohu Fish 1kg
For washing
Salt 1tbs
Vinegar 1/4cup
Marination-
Red Round Chili 5pcs
Carom seeds (ajwain) 1/4tbs
Cumin 1/2 tbs
Coriander 3/4 tbs
Tamarind 15gms or 1tbs
Red Chili Powder 3/4tbs
Salt 1/2tbs
Turmeric 1/2tbs
Garam Masala 1/8tbs
Garlic 3 cloves
Lemon Juice 2tbs
Ghee/Oil for frying
Paraat ka peeecha mat chorna. 😂

This dish is delicious! It's just spicy enough for me to not be too hot as well. I am pescatarian, which means I don't eat meat from land animals, but I do eat fish, so I am always looking for new fish ideas. I discovered Lahori fish by visiting my local ethnic foods shop in the city where I live. I would SO recommend going into those places, it's like another world in those shops. Here I found Lahori fish, and a new recipe to cook at home!.

I tried the same masala for "mushka" fry fish 2kg, doubling the marination. Excellent result.
