Grill Fish is a healthy fish recipe which is very famous in Pakistan especially in winters. Fish cooked on coals after a psicy marination and served with sweet and sour sauce is such a treat in a winter night. Today i will show you the original restaurant style recipe for grilled fish so that anyone intrested in doing his own fis business or any foodie can enjoy real taste at his home.
Written Ingredients For 1kg Fish:
Salt 1/2tbs
Red Chilli Flakes 0.75tbs
Red Chilli Powder 1/2tbs
Tamarind 20gms
Green Chilli Paste 1tbs
Garlic Paste 1/2tbs
Carom Seeds Powder 1/2tbs
Cumin Powder 1tbs
Coriander Powder 0.75tbs
Garam Masala 1/4tbs
Lemon Juice 1.5tbs

ایک کلو مچھلی گرل کرنے کی ریسیپی
۔
چار لیمن کارس۔ نصف چمچ پسا دھنیا۔ایک چمچ اجوائن
ایک چمچ زیرا مع گرم مصالحہ
نصف چمچ کوٹی ہوئی سبزمرچ۔
کوٹی سرخ مرچ۔سرخ مرچ اور نمک حسب ذائقہ۔50 گرام املی نصف کپ پانی میں30منٹ تک بھگو دیں۔
املی کو ہاتھ سے مل کر چھان لیں اور تمام مسالے مکس کرلیں اور اس پیسٹ کو مچھلی پر اچھی طرح لگا کر فرج کے نچلے حصے میں24 گھنٹے کے لیے رکھدیں پھر گرل کریں ۔

Kamal hai, tried today. Marinated 1.5kg fish for about 30 hours because I forgot that I have marinated a fish yesterday. I don't believe that kay recipe aysi bhi hoti hai even skin tak kha gaya nahi tou skin pehla utar kay side pe karta that and i wasn't a big fan of fish due to oil fry until today. Tried this recipe turns out mouth-watering. My pet dog also loves it because she was continuously waving her tail when she smells while i was making it. +++++
