When I changed out my headlight on my Ram they make it seem so easy. Pop out a couple of screws do this do that and your done. Three hours later I'm half way through.
I know this isn't a wine video but I cracked open some cranberry wine. I made the way you did with a little more sugar. I like the drier wine but i really liked this one.
I replaced my front passenger and driver's side interior door handles in my car,the plastic inside where the cable goes to broke,so the doors could not be locked,mine is basically like what you did,I ordered mine new from ebay,as I was in the driveway putting the driver's side handle on,a big box truck pulled up in the drive way with the passenger side handle,this was a few years ago,door handes,inside and out are made cheap.
Never had a day where everything went just right. My Native American name is Chief Dark Cloud. Always fixing or needing to fix something.
