Thank you for these videos and articles! I need to address this issue in my body proactively! I did each exercise and the breath work too and noticed a nice difference before and after.

Essential tremor is not necessarily separate from the resting Parkinson's tremor. Although not as common as resting tremor, an action tremor can also be an early symptom of Parkinson's Disease. I was misdiagnosed for a year in this way by several GPs before receiving my Parkinson's diagnosis in 2019

Thank you for sharing that Tony. I'm sure this is very helpful for anyone with an action tremor in that they can perhaps follow it up more thoroughly with their GP/consultant. Best wishes, Janice.

Hi Vanessa, Sorry to hear you've been suffering with tremor. If you haven't yet consulted with a neurologist then I'd advise you do this. It would also be worth you seeking treatment from a Chinese medicine/acupuncture practitioner in your area as this could be helpful for you. Wishing you the best of health. Janice.

I'm sorry to read that you feel that way Drew. There are over 50 free lessons on this channel. This video was more aimed at giving people information about the different types of tremors. You might find this routine helpful for tremors as I made it after this one and although it is not specific to tremors in particular, it does help to smooth the flow of Qi throughout the body. I hope you enjoy it and if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me. Best wishes, Janice. spacetorelax.com/lesson-29-liver-cleansing-qigong-exercises-replay-of-live-qigong-class/.

@@JaniceSpaceToRelaxQigong if you don't believe n Chinese medicine and philosophy then it will seem like poppy cock, there are many proofs that the concept of Chi/Qi is something real... se eteh Kung Fu, shaolin and tai chi masters ...

Using management techniques are fine but Tremors have noting to do with liver or wind. Please don’t speak nonsense when you’re clueless about tremors science. Please update the video to note you’re not a neurologist

I'm speaking in terms of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) terms, not in terms of Western medical science. The two are very different systems of medicine. You are of course entitled to your opinion, however in Chinese medicine terms tremors are often to do with the Liver system and Internal Wiind. Having said that, each person who attends my clinic is diagnosed on an individual basis and a TCM treatment plan tailored to that person, taking into account any diagnosis or test results from their Western medicine consultant. I do not claim to be a neurologist, I'm a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Best wishes, Janice.
