Near the arrival building at the airport there is what is supposed to be the new airport building. It is just a metal frame of a building. Looks like San Miguel ( which owns the airport ) just stopped the work on it. And this was stopped before Covid. They also build this huge hotel near the airport that is just sitting there unfinished. Supposed to be a Marriot branded hotel. Who wants to stay at a hotel in Catilcan.
