Great looking build, love the color! Favorite Grandma meal; fried chicken, fried potatoes and fried okra. She made the best of all three I've still had to this day, and I'm 62.
My grandma wasn't much of a cook, but my great grandma she would make scalloped cheese potatoes and a spiral sliced ham, with homemade pepper gravy. Great work on the 57 brother!
Beautiful build my first grandma made Homemade tortillas, refried beans, squash & pork chops, my other grandma fried okra & black-eyed peas with bacon & jalapenos, mashed potatoes with pan gravy chicken fried steak & buttermilk biscuits I am now going to have to go shopping tomorrow to get me some of this memories food I'm going to be hungry for it all night Thank you for sharing your build and helping me to think about some of the best food in the world So Much Appreciate again Thank Sir .👍👍
I made a 57 chevy 1/16 convertible for AL AL (aka Albert Brown) as that was his favorite car. He always had that on display even at my brother in laws. When he passed they gave it back to me to keep for him. It sits in my office to this day! I see it and think of him. A good man and mentor.
Sounds Yummy. Unfortunately both my grandmas passed when I was very young. The only thing I remember is my moms moms molasses cookies. Ask my mom and she loved her raisin and rhubarb pies. Your 57 is AWESOME!!!! Very Nice work!!! Thanks for sharing
Nothing beats Thanks Giving dinners at the Grandparents house. Too much to list but everything was awesome. Leftover Sammich was the best. Everything you had for dinner between two slices of bread!
Made me hungry and homesick... My grandmother cooked all kinds of good stuff. There are a lot of things I cant get here in Minnesota, like country ham or decent hamhocks. Hell, it is hard to find cornmeal here in any amount other than a pound. I'm craving a fried livermush sandwich TBH🤤
Between yourself, Poe, and the HpiGuy, you've both built Snap Kits recently that make me ashamed of myself for being so damned stuck up. LOL, right. Most excellent interior. I almost fell out of the chair. Great Day. All day Pot roast in the croc pot. Homemade biscuits. Sweet corn on the cob. Yeah, we had to go there.
My grandmother's fried chicken and mashed potatoes and collared greens and cornbread and her crockpot butt roast and green beans and taters and onions and her homemade biscuits
Your steadiness with the chrome pen is my down fall. Talking about food is making my mouth water. So i gotta just watch and not listen.😊 nice, gotta be a stick shift on a ‘57. lots of good tips on interior. Thanks😊
