How wonderful! You are spreading Philippine culture through food, especially our breads. In my town, we have small bakeries at almost every corner. Early mornings we have pandesal (it is a breakfast bread here). In the afternoons we can buy cinnamon rolls, spanish bread, or pandecoco. Or monay, a bland bread that needs a spread. Hopefully someday you can visit and taste the Filipino version and introduce Russian breads to us. Your spanish bread looks good too.
