The rice wrapped with coconut leaves called "Puso" in Bisayan. It's genius creation by Filipino homemakers (our Mothers Filipino Ancestors) because in the old days only rich Filipinos can afford to buy plastic containers like Tupperware. So, our ancestors make "Puso" specially when they travelled to another town or city. Before plastics exits into Filipino households our mothers and grandmothers made "Puso" or they used banana leaves to wrapped rice.

So much to admire about this Russian family! I see in their demeanors a genuine passion and appreciation of Filipino environment, whilst the experience is something they never had in Russia. First of all, the children took easy adjustment to their surroundings without complaining, i.e heat, mosquitoes and the severe inconveniences. I only see these children will have great upbringing as they are raised with love from their unpretentious parents. One can see how Liza and Sergie show nurturing attention to each other and to their children, notwithstanding the attention and care from their uncle and grandmother. A very well balanced family full of love.
