In cooking Filipino food, you should fry the garlic first until golden brown. Then put the onion and after a minute or two put the meat....and don't over cook the vegetables
Some foreigners dont like little bit burn garlic coz it taste bitter same with my employer

PANCIT CANTON are one of my favorite food.
My style is to put the vegetables last so they dont get soggy or over cooked, the crunch of carrots and cabbage is nice contrast to the food.

Your pancit must be salty because aside from dash of salt, you added two salty sauces. You fry the garlic until brown then oniofor 2 minutes . Cooking is learning step by step. Your drawing is spontaneous and very beautiful even your cat wants to own it!

Filipinos usually fry the garlic golden brown then onion follows then meat . Cook the meat then once cook, put water, then condiments like salt, pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce . Make sure it absorbs the meat then vegetables. Then canton. Last the cabbage.

Next put just little water to nake it look perfect pancit canton,( lomein noddles) if you put a lot of water it will be saggy,just put little waternext time,you can add chicken ,pork or seafood.But your cooking looks good.

For me, while it is good to have the "English" caption on the screen, I think I prefer to hear the "voice" of the person/vlogger doing the video than just the English caption. With the person's voice, the VIEWERS get to "connect" with the vlogger instead of just reading the caption.

when you cook the vegetable.make it half cook.then remove from pan.leave the sauce.the remaining heat can cook even its out from pan.then add some water to the sauce depends the volume of pasta to cook.add seasoning then pour the pasta.mix gently.until the pasta is cook,add the vegetable.taste.transfer to serve

Don't put too much soy sauce and patis that's going to be salty. Be careful with your kidney and blood pressure. I use oyster sauce instead of soy sauce when cooking pancit.
