David Gilmour makes his guitar, talk sing and cry, he has soul running through his fingers. i flew from Australia just for that concert. a truly life changing experience

I had already heard that song years before when I bought the Wall album, but had somehow put it at the back of my head. Two days ago, as I was pondering on how to give myself that drive to realize my dreams in life and light that flame of indestructible hope in this whole fucking world, strangely one phrase entered my head : "run like hell". I typed it on YT's search bar, rediscovered that song and realized it was the whole world.
If you loved that, then you're gonna love "Learning To Fly", "Take It Back", "One Of These Days" and "Money" from the same PULSE concert. Also, "One Slip" from the "Delicate Sound Of Thunder" one.

I had 18th row seats on the floor with 47,000 fans in attendance. It was spectacular, and this song "Run Like Hell" was the encore! Again, enjoyed your reaction!!!

Hello Elok I was reminiscing to the way I reacted 35-40 years ago. I actually felt Pink Floyd was Heaven Sent by the one and only G-Man(God)!!! It seems as if only HE could bless a group of souls with so much talent beyond perfection. Hard to believe they live on this planet and think like us. Just Imagine finding one way t write a song, write a book, poem, cook, invent, design, help, or earn at least 5% of their fortune & fame, would make me so happy. They always have such an amazing lightshow,love the digital delay on the guitar probably my favorite effect to play with.Always loved playing along with A flock of seagulls, I Ran, it had a delay sound that I really liked.

There was definitely a herbal smell in the air. I was behaving myself but after breathing deeply for a few minutes I can definitely say it wasn't parsley.
By the way I’ve seen the band 3 times on 2 tours. The first time was Momentarily Lapse of Reason tour in ‘87 in Austin. Hands down the best concert I’ve ever seen to this day. And they aren’t even my favorite band! Incredible live band! Impossible to describe the live vibe! Just more than you could ask for. I say that and I’ve seen A LOT of concerts! RUSH 18 times, the list goes on and on. Stupid ridiculous long list of concerts that I don’t want to list now. Just suffice it to say that PINK FLOYD was the best.
A Pink Floyd concert isn't a concert, it is a religious experience. No band understands light like Pink Floyd. The Pulse concert is arguably the best concert of all time. Oh to have been there (wish I was).
Great choice EH! I think the most awesome concert ever there in Earl’s Court. You nailed it mentioning the incredible visuals in synch with the incredible sound of Gilmour, Wright, Mason and Pratt (obviously Waters would have been nice, but Guy really held his own!) I’ve seen reactors closing their eyes through the whole song on different Pulse reactions, and they really are missing out on the visual experience of the Pulse Masterpiece!!

I'll have to agree with you. Saw this and their previous 2 tours. This one was by far the best. The sound was so clear, loud and from all around you.
