The meatballs can be formed ahead of time, but bake them and make the quick sauce at the last minute before serving. Makes about 48 small meatballs, serving 8 as an appetizer. My family never had anything to do with Lamb , I Don’t know why on my own in the world I have no problem with it, however I don’t think of Lamb as a meat source to this day.
My family were mostly fishing related , I have had most types of fish in so many different ways it’s always struck me as strange depending on seafood as a main protein.
