i only have 2 items so far from this brand but I'm LOVING IT!!! Really enjoying the Propolis synergy toner followed by the advanced snail 92 all in one cream for face and neck!
I'm totally partial to Cosrx as it's the first korean brand I ever tried and it changed my life! I tried many different products but my holy grails are: - Propolis synergy toner (use it all year round) - propolis ampoule (it make smy skin GLOW, use it in spring/autumn as a night serum or whenever I have a big event and need my skin to look extra juicy) -propolis overnight mask (I use it once a week on recovery night or whenever my skin is feeling weird to reset it) - snail essence (not much to say, use it everyday morning and night, must have emptied 6-7 bottles by now! If I don't have any niacinamide in the rest of my routine I'll swap it with rhe dual essence) Really curious about the Cica toner and Rice overnight mask!
I love Cosrx! Some of my favourite products are: - propolis toner - cica toner - snail essence - all-in-one snail cream - snail eye cream - rice mask...I use it as a moisturizer and I adore it!
I absolutely love Cosrx! I always use the Snail eye cream, The overnight rice nourishing mask, the Propolis toner, the Snail Mucin & Niacinimide serum and sometimes I’ll use the Snail mucin cream. 💞
Hi Kelly, I’ve learned so much about K- beauty from you, I would love if you can make some recommendations for moisturizers for women like me that are over 60
Hi Kelly I'm someone with ultra sensitive, very dry, rosacea and eczema prone skin. I find Cosrx to be a really good brand for sensitive skin and have a few favourites. My top three items are the cica toner, propolis toner and original snail essence. I love a good toner/essence and these are three I rotate in and out of my daily skincare. The snail has been a long term HG for me and although I like the newer dual chamber version, I also think it is more of a serum. The original snail essence really performs for me in that essence step. The cica toner is so soothing on my sensitive skin and I've always loved centella for the redness reducing immediate benefits. The propolis toner I found to be deeply hydrating and I enjoy using it very much. These are the three I use the most, but there are other items I like within the range. Best wishes.
@@user-le4pz3ue9u Sorry I haven't. I like green tea in my skincare, but for me centella takes down redness/irritation much faster. I also don't see much redness reduction from mugwort/artemesia either. I hope that helps.
@@lorainemcgillivray77 Thanks! 😁 I am trying to figure out the ingredients that help my redness. My sunscreen reduces my redness immediately to where I often don't even put on make up. But the only ingredient I thought might be doing that is the Green Tea. So I picked up Beauty of Joseon Calming serum. I think it had a similar, less dramatic effect as the sunscreen. But I just looked and the serum has centella, too. 🤣 Benton Green Tea Toner has centella in it as well. Hmm 🤔
@@user-le4pz3ue9u Lol as long as it works x If it's the sunscreen don't discount the zinc - a major ingredient in nappy creams etc. Zinc tends to dry me out, but we're all very different and respond to different things.
I've been using cosrx since 3 years now.. Good morning gel cleanser, Snail 96 essence, honey overnight sleeping mask , snail all in one cream ,BHA blackhead power liquid and cosrx aloe soothing sunscreen are my favourites...Recently purchased cosrx fit me cica toner and cosrx green tea aqua soothing gel moisturizer ...Lets see how it works...
I have combo skin and I am really loving the propolis toner, serum and sleeping mask atm. And the snail eye cream is a staple 👌🏼✨ now I really want to try the propolis moisturizer, sounds like it could work great for daytime and under makeup 🙏🏻
Great recommendations, as always, Kelly. I've really enjoyed their Aloe Soothing Sun Cream, though admittedly I'm not sure how this sunscreen fared through Sunscreen-Gate 2020-21. It was one that I used religiously last year. The only Cosrx product I've tried that I didn't care for was the aha/bha clarifying toner. I didn't feel that it was doing much of anything for my skin. I appreciate the way you explained the differences between the aha and BHA specific toners, and based on your description, I think the aha whitehead power liquid is the one that I really need to try. Great video!❤️❤️❤️❤️
Glad this helped! I agree the aha/bha toner is very lackluster! There were some whispers about the SPF of the Aloe sunscreen but Cosrx really stood by their product so I'm guessing they're confident it's meeting the labeled SPF. I'm not sure if there is any 3rd party test that was released yet.
@@KellyDriscoll I think that Mad about Skin came up with a video about the CosRx sunscreen and it appears that by third-party tests, it is at SPF 56. Give and take a 5 (minus or plus 50), it has passed the test and is still sold over here in drugstores in Singapore. We no longer see any sunscreens by Dear Klairs, Krave Beauty, or online sales of Purito and Keep Cool sunscreens anymore, so the fact that Round A' Round, Bring Green and CosRx sunscreens are among the few K-beauty sunscreens sold in drugstores here is a good sign. It could also be because these sunscreens are predominantly physical sunscreens unlike the chemical sunscreens which failed the test.
I’m so early today ! The Cosrx Snail eye cream has been sitting in my cart for sometime now, I think I might finally click check out after this video. Thanks Kelly ☺️
OMG just buy it!!!! I bought it a few months ago..........just buy it. I can't tout it's benefits enough! I'm 43 and even though I have really oily skin, obviously my under eyes are not oily and that I want an eye cream that isn't a water gel texture. It plumps my under eyes and I keep it in my mini fridge so it feels so good in the morning when I put it on!
COSRX moisturizers are just chef kiss! I used to use the Honey Ceramide Cream, it's occlusive, silky and emmolient then they reformulate it to the Propolis line, I wonder if the texture is still similar. My husband and my brother in law are also using moisturizer from Cosrx, not to mention my sister and I adores the exfoliants from Cosrx, that's how much my family loves Cosrx! 😂
That Propolis toner and Snail mucin cream are my staples. I can’t be without them. My BHA is like forever! On my 2nd bottle now and been using it for like 7 months now and it’s still almost half full. Tried both Overnight masks and I must admit that the Propolis one wins for me cause I don’t feel greasy at all. I might try the propolis ampule and snail essence next :)
@@larvenachong3972 Nope. It's very light but use just a little cause it'll be enough esp if you're like me oily skinned. Too much will turn you into a disco ball 😅
cosrx advanced snail 96 mucin power essence was the first product i tried from them and i still love it to this day. it lasts so freaking long, i think around 6 months for me, it's not expensive and it's got so many good benefits. definitely an amazing product. 🥺 also, yay for the extra video!✨
Love the cosrx cica and propolis lines! I've got super dry skin and actually did like the propolis cream -- but I used a sleeping mask and facial oil over it. Made for a great transition into spring, and I used it AM and PM
Funny story about the Green Tea Aqua Gel Cream. I love gel creams and expected this to have the consistancy of others I've used. But surprise! It does not. When I opened the top and popped the inner seal, my jar was at a slight angle and a good amount of Aqua Gel Cream came came pouring out all over my declotette and pajama top. My declotette loved it but it did nothing for the wrinkles in my pajamas. All I can say is I'm sooo glad this wasn't $100/jar. Be careful everyone, it is very thin.
I have been loving the propolis ampule and the snail mucin essence for my dry, reactive skin. I recently purchased the snail face crream, and WOW! It made my skin so smooth! Love Cosrx♥️
Kelly, if you loved the texture of Cosrx Green tea gel cream, then you're going to fall head over heels for Naturie's skin conditioning gel. It is even better. 😍
Isn't Naturie a Japanese brand based on the main ingredient of hatomugi (Job's Tears/barley)? I found it very light, probably not the best for dehydrated dry skin in the mature age range of 35-45.
@@kevinjanghj Yes, it's Japanese and hatomugi-based. I found it works very well for my 36 yo dehydrated skin better than the Cosrx. It also layers well under heavier moisturizers when you need it to.
Derma e used to have a great line of sensitive skin products based on Pycnogenol. Whenever I see it on a list of ingredients, I have hope that I’ll find something equally as wonderful. It can be so helpful for sensitive skin.
The B5-Balancium Cream was my lifesafer. Last year I tried so many moisturizer and none of them worked (even some of your top recommendations, the only one that was kind of ok but felt to sticky was the hydration creme from Doon Jung) for me but when I used it the first time it was the best I ever used. I have used it throughout Winter (from November of last year) until now and it always was right for the season. I never had to change it evrn though Middle Europe has a draistically different climate thorughout thw seasons. And the high concentration of Panthenol was thr best that could ever happen to my highly sensitive skin. There are hardly any products out there with such a high concentration of Panthenol though it does so much for thr skin. It just isn't very "exciting". But I with it was added into even more products for sensitive skin (shampoos etc.).
Is the moisture power enriched cream thicker than the soonjung 2x intensive barrier cream ? I'm wondering which moisturizer to go for ! Great video btw, as always Kelly!!!
