Rewatching these old episodes as a now 39-year-old adult really makes me appreciate Christina Applegate's acting. Her ability to deliver those lines and play a convincing ditz is truly impressive. I also never noticed until now how much her face reminds me of a young Jennifer Connelly. I'd like to see them play sisters in a movie together.

(Although he said in the interview he wears one now) He’s also broke the speed limit a couple of times too and got a DUI twice. According to an interview, he got away with speeding tickets even though he got caught because of his “dashing looks and charm” 😄 This was back in the 80s/ early 90s though before friends.

Not hard at all if you remember that lots of television writers are lazy and steal their plots. These episodes were nothing but a rewrite of Wayne's World. If you saw the movie you know what will happen.
I’m thinking that Vinny was first. Because Matt has this exact same look (even the haircut) when Friends started season 1, but the look disappeared shortly after season 1 progressed thru their season.
Vinnie was first, MWC was on before Friends. There was a spin off tv show he starred in too, again before Friends, had to look it up I remember it but didn't think it lasted too long. That was called Top of the Heap.
Matt le blanc is the best character.. I personally think vinnie scored big time with being joey on friends... such that we all see vinnie being the master plannerd, with all the lardies...
