Great informative video. 👍I didn't know any about foam tires. For me building or rebuilding shocks is great part of the hobby. Love doing that.
Keep up the good work .
    Merry Christmas 👊

Hello, thans for sharing your expertise with us. I drive on a medium traction asphalt track. Blown and lightly sugared in a desert country (United Arab Emirates). It's hot with ambient 35-40 celcius (95-104 F). I'm interested to know what's your first choice of foam tire to try?

Hi Lawrence ‼️ Thanks for taking to time to ask a great question
You will always have to “guess and check” a bit on shore value, tire diameter and width, weight of car, suspension set-up, etc but, since you are in a hotter climate and will be using a prepared track, you should be able to use a higher shore value foam tire.
      - On a 1/10 car about 4lbs I might try a 26mm front @ 42 shore and a 30mm rear @ 40 shore and see what that gets you. You can make adjustments from there. You could split the difference and put a 40 shore on both front and back just to get you started
Just some initial thoughts on the topic. Best thing to do is pick something and try it out. Then you can make adjustment depending on track and weather conditions
      - I appreciate you watchn’ 🩷
