What I like about Hafthors channel is how it's balanced -- plenty of videos of him doing strenuous activities, but also spending time with his family.
Seeing how he is a normal human makes him so much more relatable. He just happens to be huge and the strongest man to ever walk the earth.

@Waldel Martell there are maybe a handful in the discussion. Big Z, Shaw, Eddie, and Thor. There were great dominant guys in the past that could have potentially matched them with modern practices, but straight up these four are in the Argument. It was just a comment, not an statement.

I wouldn’t say he’s intimidating. I find the way people act more intimidating than their size. It’s probably that calmness and gentleness you mentioned why he seems less so.

Yep, 100% confirm this as a new parent myself. Ours had problems with her stomach not being fully developed (very common with newborns), and holding in that way helped a lot to sooth her until the problems disappeared.

I think if Thor had had better coaching on deadlift when he was young, and had focused on it more throughout his career... I think his genetics were good enough to pull 540- maybe even 550
