You can actually turn your wheel and reach through wheel well with the oil filter in. That what it did..didn’t have to take off anything.
This is the information right here 🔝
Nice job, short and to the point!
Very helpful. I love how they charge you $100 for a $20 cord on a $60k truck lol.
Thanks for sharing
I went from underneath done in 5 minutes took off nothing ran the cord out to front zip tied off done
or you can unscrew the oil filter and plug it in in 5 minutes from the wheel well
Would it be easier to just do it when you change the oil filter?
You could definitely do it then. The truck has long oil change intervals and the oil was recently changed, so, made sense in my case to do it separately. I am a firm believer in trying to bundle work as efficiently as possible.
I put my norco plug in the plastic skirt on the bumper..... 2” hole saw done .
That is where I ended up placing it. Didn’t like it in the original spot.
or you can jack it up and take the oil filter off and plug in the wire in half the time
Lmfao. Or you can just look through the passenger side fender well to the left of the oil filter and plug the cord in.
Thanks for the video but that "Cummings" pronunciation is killing me.
