- Join Chris and me on a new permission where we dig a variety of vintage bottles, including Green Liquors & Amber Snuffs. The action takes place in the backyard of a Palatka, Florida bottle dump that dates back to the early 1900s.
As always, it’s a treasure hunt, so there’s no telling what we will turn up.
Thank you so much for watching…Bob Lee
You two are finding some very unique bottles! Amazing! We'll be in Florida in a week or so, about 6 hours from you, I think. Wonderful adventure Gentlemen! Thank you for bringing us along!
Thank you, Julianne, for the kind comment. Hope you have a wonderful trip down to sunny Florida. The weather this past week has been spectacular!!!
What fun another great treasure hunt
Love the pitch fork growing in the tree and the heart shaped tiny bottle
Digging History love it 😊
Thank you, Valerie. Best to Gary as well.
Glad ive found your channel
Really enjoy your content ... and Rocky
Thank you, Terry…Rocky does make a brief appearance in another dig at the Loeb-Hilburn home…probably have close to 6 videos there.
Love what you find! That broken Irish Whiskey could be sanded down and used as a vase. That's what I try to do with any broken (aka heartbreaker) bottles. I hate to part with the really cool ones, even if they are broken. Happy hunting!
Hey, Kathy, thank you so much for taking the time to comment. There was some discussion of cutting off the tops to other bottles (we got into cokes and soda waters) in a second dig at this site. We decided to pass, but it is hard when you have a double-sided embossed bottle like the Irish whisky. Chris had planned to keep it if we ever found the top, which we never did. We still have other areas to explore at this site, so you never know.
Really enjoyed your video guys. Just subscribed. You found some outstanding bottles!!
Hi, River…many thanks for taking the time to watch and for being a new subscriber…Appreciate you…Bob Lee.
Hello
Just found and subbed your channel.
I enjoyed the video and looks like I have a few to watch.
I live in Michigan but have been going to Florida for 29 years.
We retired 3 years ago and now go down for 2 months.
I've been detecting for about 25 years and just joined a near by bottle club.
Have a Jesus filled day everyone
Greg in Michigan
Hey Greg, thank you for taking the time to watch and comment. It means more than you know to have a fellow bottle hunter weigh in. I can certainly understand why you would retreat to Florida for the winter. Anything below 70 F is chilly to me. Good luck with the new bottle club membership. I’ve only been doing this for 2 years, so have a lot left learn.

Interested in trading the horseshoe bottle? I think our neighbor would love it! Nice work you two.
Hey Kel, as always, thank you so much for the kind comment.

Thank you, Tom. Much appreciated…Bob Lee
Do you have an Etsy? Or a way to contact you on for possible treasure hunt locations in perhaps Historic Jacksonville.
Hey, Spazhouse…thanks for watching. I don’t to do Etsy or any other types of social media except a website for book sales (that’s off topic). You can reach me by my email: bl_gamewarden@hotmail.com
