Synopsis: defendant mainly testifies about nothing relevant to the indictment including by admitting he lies and says or agrees to anything to get out of jail due to a drug addiction and domestic priorities.
A shooting NONE of the defendants were involved in or present for while he was extra high on molly and percs nearly ten years ago is also dragged out by the state 🙄😫😫

I've never seen lawyers interrupt and talk over one another and the judge constantly like they do in this courtroom. Objecting when the attorney is 1 word into a question...

If Donovan wasn't fani's boyfriend, it wouldn't be a case at all.
Fani promised she wouldn't prosecute weak cases that weren't thoroughly investigated and filled with strong evidence. She promised to use diversion tactics to minimize trial prosecutions and apparently believes she saved money to waste harassing people she feels personally inclined to harass over Donovan's death.
Is the guy that they're saying did the drive by that killed Donovan even on trial?

Judge always stops the defense in the middle of cross. Appeal on just that fact
Those defense attorneys be COOKIN WIT GAS… that’s why the judge gotta stop the whole court proceedings…. He’s biased!!! And YES ALL of those young men WILL win on appeal if the jury finds them guilty. But I have a suspicion that the jury isn’t buying what the prosecution is trying to sell them. I know they’re tired already and the case isn’t even half way over yet. It’s either gonna be a mistrial because of a hung jury or not guilty because the prosecution gave all the real hard core criminals DEALS !!! 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️
Yea they have 3 different appeals already if they convicted not counting the direct appeal and they would get that as well 💯
For someone so super concerned with time management of the case, this judge always somehow needs to break when the defense is COOKING the prosecution…. Somehow every time it’s the defensive sides turn to cross examine it’s the judges time to go home. I hope they don’t think that the jury isn’t picking up on this apparent pattern of behavior. Jurors are just regular people just like those of us who choose to follow this case closely. If I can see it THEY can see it. And I’ll also add that it’s highly annoying as a viewer as I am trying to see where the young men in the courtroom come into play for this RICO ??? To seemingly have synchronize breaks or recess when it’s time to hear the other side of the story (that actually makes sense by the way). I’m interrupted in my viewing because EVERY time they speak it’s a sustained objection interruption, it’s time for lunch interruption, they’re on administrative holiday interruption, they need to go up to the bench interruption. I believe that the jury having to sit there day after day has to be superiorly annoyed with this courtroom behavior. Therefore I also believe that these young men will eventually get their Justice. Which is to go home to their children and families. Since the prosecution decided to give deals to all the robbers and murderers. In return for some half baked testimonies that were prosecutorial in advantage… but also worded in legalese so I can’t believe that the persons signing off , same day as court , had any idea what the prosecution was up to. Stating that one MAY be called to the stand and just out right stating one WILL be called to the stand is different. Sorry I’m a professor and long winded sometimes. But I enjoy teaching others about their God given rights to free speech. And I like to not be misquoted or misunderstood when I have commentary!

Yes Thug kinda had his priorities mixed up. He would go buy shoes and clothing and pass out to the less fortunate kids. Maybe he should have gotten them tablets , books, pencils, markers, etc. Then, have some older youth who looked up to him tutor, then pay them. So that teaches both groups the younger ones to read and the older youth to hustle legitimately. It would be a very positive e start.
